"I have eaten at Stonehome Kitchen a number of times and always had a great meal. The proximity to BAM is incredibly convenient and they are sensitive to curtain times etc.
I would only caution fellow gluten free diners that their limited menu has recently become even less GF friendly. On my last visit I could only order one of the main courses. They have a terrific selection of cheese and charcuterie - but that only really works if you bring your own crackers or bread etc."

"We've loved this place since it opened, and when a small group gathered there for a recent birthday party, we discovered that each couple had discovered it independently--with equally enthusiastic responses. It's the one local restaurant where we always entertain out-of-town guests, and we recommend everything about it."

"What a great choice for dining before a performance at BAM! I only wish the table for 6 were more comfortable for 6. The 2 people on the banquet at both ends of the oval table are about 3 feet away from the table - tough to eat that way!"

"Small, friendly place. Good for pretheater at nearby Brooklyn Academy of Music. Limited menu but food was quite good and service attentive. Small space and big crowd made it very noisy. conversation became difficult after a while."
