Glad we had reservations! We ate on the lower level/ at a booth near the bar and it was energetic and a little too noisy for us. The upstairs is always louder! Hard surfaces everywhere.
My wife's Delmonico was perfectly prepared to her order- Pittsburg rare and the sides were nice and the presentation very well done !
My order, however, Chesapeake chicken was only average at best. The pecan pie we shared was homemade and excellent.
We will return but probably on a weekday M-Th for a quieter atmosphere

The only thing that wasn't superb was the Gulf Coast Combination. The scallops were great, but the mushroom risotto was too mushy, in my opinion, which took away from the dish. It is hard to get in on Friday/Saturday nights, but make a reservation in advance for special occasions and you are in store for a culinary treat! The bar area gets really loud (not recommended for families with young kids) and from the outside you would never know how nice of a place it is, but it has become a favorite. One of us ordered the Crispy Fried Calamari and the other had soup. The soup was a large serving and the Calamari was well prepared. We ordered the Broiled Combination Seafood and the Stoned Crab Scampi plates. Both were well prepared, presentable, delicious and more food than we could enjoy in one sitting. We finished the evening with desert: Chocolate Torte and Peanut Butter Pie, both were very good. We were stuffed by the end of the meal and not rushed as the evening crowd settled in.
