We were all first timers to the restaurant but with our excellent waiter Forrest our evening was great! He was helpful with questions on portion size and cuts of meat. I asked him on the side to charge my credit card at the end and bring a slice of the birthday cake, he took our photo and told us to add it on Instagram for a glass of preseco.
Thank you to the chef that cooked my steak well done (a sin, I know), it was delicious and full of flavor for this new meat eater.

The seafood appetizer was awesome, as well as the lobster mac & cheese. The specialty drink menu was great as well as the wine list, even though they were out of our first 2 choices. Our waitress was excellent as well.

Bartenders were great as well. I have been to the STK at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas and this experience was definitely on par with that one. The fish special was $80, which is kind of laughable. The bar service was both snooty and good at the same time. As if excellent bartenders were taking time out of their busy busy flirting schedule to make you a great drink. Although if it was good to impress me, or the girls at the bar, I was confused. Either way, the drinks were nice. The food was also very good, but stay in the Steaks (which makes sense at a restaurant called STK). Once you move away from the hunks of beef-flesh, you were treated to artfully displayed fish appetizers passed off as entres. Te service was great, they even remembered to put a candle on my boyfriend's dessert even though I didn't tell them it was his birthday on the day of, I only put it on the comments section when I made the reservations. The only downside is that it was too loud.
