"I took my wife there for her birthday and I couldn't have been happier with our entire experience! From the confirmations over the phone, to the greeting at the door, to the food, to the service.....all of it SUPERB! I also ordered flowers to be delivered and they made sure they were on our table before we sat. They aknowledged my wife's birthday, but not in an obnoxious way. Our food was excellent! Our servers were great! Our view was beautiful! It was a perfect night! Thanks so much to Steve and Cookies for making my wife's birthday such a special night!"

"Everything was marvelous from soup to nuts EXCEPT the vegetable that came with one of our delicious dinners: the peas and carrots seemed to come from a frozen bag of veggies instead of being homemade and special like all the other items we enjoyed. (The peas and carrots came with deletable meatloaf and first-rate mashed potatoes and gravy. Cookie comped both of our desserts (incredible peanut butter pie and amazing banana cream pie) because I asked for the special fish but was told they had just run out-- I didn't ask for free desserts because of that; TASTY and nice surprise, though!"

"Love Steve & Cookie's!
Food is always amazing and dinner Saturday was exceptional. The Frittata app was just enough and delicious.As an entree I had pasta with crab, the larger serving and it must've had an entire pound of crabmeat! YUMMY! my husband enjoyed his shrimp cocktail and steak encrusted with porcini mushrooms with a side of broccoli. The portions are large so he could've skipped the broccoli, unless I wanted to share it! (NO) Dessert there is a must, but we were stuffed! However, their inexpensive very mini desserts were perfect! Neither one of us felt we were being deprived! The restaurant is on the expensive side, but well worth the money! Our waiter was very attentive, but not intrusive! Make reservations!"

"We dine at Steve and Cookies often. One of our favorites at the beach. When we arrived for our reservation we were told it was Earth Day and at 8:30 they would be turning all the lights out. BAD IDEA!!!! We were given one tea light candle we could not see to order or eat. The wait staff could not see when we needed refills on our drinks ect ect. We were not the only ones unhappy. The table behind us ordered Lobster(try and eat that in the dark). Cookie (the owner) stopped by when she asked how we were doing and did not like our answer she turned and walked away. Had this been our first time I would not return. If your going to do this make it fun lots of candles special menu. And through in a drink or dessert for your customers."
