"This is not the typical hotel restaurant! Once you leave the Hyatt lobby, you feel as if you've entered a true top-shelf steakhouse. Our servers were attentive and helpful. The prime rib and sea bass entrees were perfectly prepared and delicious. Sorbet is served between the salad and dinner courses in a tiny ice cream cone. Every table gets a chocolate-covered strawberry served over dry ice. Very dramatic! You won't be disappointed!"

"We ate at Stetson's at the Hyatt as that is where we were staying and the first night in, it was just easier. The steaks we had were wonderful! The service was top notch and so was the wine list. It was a great, relaxing way to start off our visit to Chicago. We would definitely return."

"My associate and I had one of the best meals I have had in a long time. Crab cakes appetizer is amazing. Frozen strawberrys servered in a mist was a really neet touch.
Will definately go back again."

"Food was not bad (we had scallops and salmon). But way way way overpriced for what was served. Drinks are astronomical. Overall, not great value for the price. Much better food and beverages available for the price at any number of nearby places."

"Ithis is my second trip to this fine restaurant. The service was beyond first class!! However I was disappointed in my steak. While it was tender, the flavor was not the rich Chicago beef I recall. The oysters were absolutely marvelous and perhaps I should have had those and a salad. I will certainly return, but with a more careful examination of their cuts of beef in the future."
