Sterling's Seafood Steakhouse at Silver Legacy Resort CasinoSterling suggestionsMusic was extremely loud and not suitable for fine dining. We assumed Sterling's was meant for fine dining. Food was just okay, however the veal at $42.00 was excellent. It should be for $42.00. Salmon is a delicate meat and should not have been overcooked, as it was. The rib eye was not the best quality, and that was a surprise. We went to Sterling's for the Seafood/Steakhouse opportunities, and thought the meat should be a better quality cut.
The service was OUTSTANDING! We cannot say enough about Ramon and Kyle. If I recall, that was their names. Both were attentive to detail and exceeded all expectations.

The ambiance, food and service are all outstanding every time. I've reviewed them before, and there's not much to add. We both had the prime rib, which was medium rare, exactly as ordered. It was so tender I swear I could have cut it with a butter knife. The presentation of all food was pleasing, and the temperature and flavor was excellent. Service was outstanding. We had made our reservation for 8:30 pm, but had a misadventure on the way to Reno and I had to call and request a later time. We were accommodated with no problem. We were still at our table at the scheduled closing time and did not at any time feel rushed to finish and leave. The 16 oz Prime RIb looked more like 22 oz and was delicious! If you have room for desert, make sure to look at the desert cart! They have opitons galore! Try the 3 Layer Chocloate Cake! It was so HUGE! Being from a state that's known for their beef, the steaks here blow my mind! I've eaten at steakhouses all over the country when I travel. The staff was wonderful and quite attentive. We enjoyed the best clam chowder along with Pacific Salmon and Filet and Tiger Prawns. The General Manager stopped by our table and talked to us. He was very nice and bought us dessert of our choice. A very nice celebration.

The food was great, we were waited on very well, this is the first time we went to a Restaurant and get our oney's worth. Keep up the good job.
