Our waiter was knowledgeable, pleasant and funny, but not intrusive. We all had an appetizer, the winner being the amazing salmon on a birch plank. One of the best salmon dishes I have had outside my (and Stefan's...) native Finland. All of the four main courses were delicious; the lamb, the duck breast, the whole branzino and the halibut. We enjoyed a dry pink champagne which the waiter had recommended: perfect choice for a warm night. Even though I generally do not enjoy desserts, the chocolate cake with pistachio ice cream that we shared, was just right: not too big, not too sweet. The flight of martinis was delicious and ignited the right spot - relax and get ready for the set of chef selected dishes with sommelier selected wines - one tasting with each dish. Each dish was succulent. The lovely salmon melted in your mouth. Oh! and t was beautiful. Each dish was a bit of an artwork. I don't have time to review it all. The restaurant has a great bar area and also the dining area has fire pits in the corners with couches. Great for hanging out with friends and a night cap or coffee. I have been a few times and have always had great service. Their turkey burger sliders were awesome. The indoor patio with the fire pits is lovely and romantic. Worth it to check out this out of the way location for the ambiance and good food.
