Steakhouse Grill & Bar at Deer Park VillaA Gem in the WoodsWe've known about Deer Park for years, and decided to finally try it. We'll be back! The food was good, and is apparently about to get even better, and the setting is gorgeous. The only downside was some amateurish service (but still friendly) on occasion, but I think that's on tap for improvement as well. The prices are also reasonable, which is important to us. ( Otherwise, if it gets too expensive it becomes a special occasion place only. So we hope it stays that way with the new changes coming!) The appetizers we chose, bruschetta and an apple and beet salad were very good. This time, we had steak tacos, and filet of sole entrees. There was a wedding going on but you wouldn't know it because they were in the back outside area.
Drinks very unique and very good.
The restaurant is a bit hard to find, I would do the Google maps before you go if you are not familiar with the area. We lost cell phone signal therefore our maps were not working and we passed up the first left turn.
