    My first time at Lake Elmo Inn was for Sunday brunch. There was not one item I didn't enjoy. I couldn't even begin to try all of the food choices, but the two things that I raved about at work the next day were the turkey / rice pilaf and the raspberry french toast. The turkey was moist, tender and very flavorful. The french toast had good texture and the flavor was exactly right, not too sweet or overwhelming raspberry. My only negative was "why haven't I eaten here before ?"...More

    I met 3 of my friends at Pier 500 for a Saturday night dinner and we had a wonderful time! Two of us arrived early so we sat at the bar while we waited for the others. Pier 500 has great ambience! It was fun to see couples, families, and a general mix of people. Our dinner was amazing - but the best part was moving to an outdoor table for an after-dinner drink. The outdoor crowd was energetic - it was a great atmosphere with music and a beautiful view. We thouroughly enjoyed ourselves!...More
