    I took my wife to Affäre, based on a friend recommendation, for our anniversary. Being a unique cuisine I figured my wife and I would go outside of our comfort zone and let the chef decide. Our server, Victor, was very open to the idea and proceeded to bring us a three course meal with a wine paring for each course. Victor was very well versed in the history of the restaraunt, chef, food science and was a culinary grad himself. After our fantastic meal, the chef, Martin, came out and asked us how our meal was and how we heard about them. It was a experience to remember and we important to the entire staff. Affäre is now the place that I will make a point to go to on every occasion possible....More
