It had been 3 years since I'd been there for lunch because 3 years ago the meal was overpriced and not that great. The colleagues that I was entertaining for lunch requested Stanford's, so I went somewhat reluctantly. The place was nearly empty. We had to find someone to seat us, and the server that seated us didn't know anything about OpenTable, but the server was very friendly and helpful. The food came out quickly and tasted wonderful. We left happy and full. It was cooked to perfection. The steak melted in my mouth. The prawns were not overcooked as they often are in restauraunts. The wine was excellent.
