Stanford's - ClackamasOld reliableTheir salmon salad has been my favorite all these years. Otherwise they have a good selection and choice. Great for that business lunch or dinner. This time was for Mother's Day Brunch and the biggest draw was the fact it wasn't a buffet! The meals were fantastic as usual and the staff was so attentive to everyone in our party! We waited 2 or 3 minutes and then were seated at a table. Awesome, exactly what I wanted for Mother's Day Dinner. That was the highlight of the evening, we ordered wine and a margarita and a coke. We we ordered dinner. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food to arrive. Honestly, disappointed. For the cost, over $120.00 for three of us, I expected better service. We have friends visiting from Denver, were planning to return to Stanford's because of the quality of the food and service. We will not bring our friends to Stanford's for dinner because of the wait for delivery of our meal. Just disappointed.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AM28th anniversaryAll of the people who we had contact with were cheerful and friendly, from the girl cleaning the woodwork and glass in the entry (must have hostess greeter) to our server, all were extending and genuinely seemed glad to see us. The server was very at tentative. The onlyWe love Stanford's! The only complaint is the music. It's way to loud for a beautiful venue such as Stanford's where people come to relax and enjoy their friends and family. The music was way to upbeat and rather frenetic for conversation. We noticed it was really bad on Friday March 15, but not as bad on March 19. Manager's taste maybe? Friday it was very distracting.3/19/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat baby shower lunchWe came for a baby shower lunch. They found us a table that was somewhat secluded in an area with other groups. This worked well for us to be able to talk. The server was fantastic. They kept our ice cream cake frozen while we had lunch, and brought us dessert plates, a knife and forks when we were ready for it. The food was excellent.
