A word from Stalla - Beau Rivage
Stalla creates just the right recipe for an evening of classic Italian food: a reasonably priced menu of gourmet selections paired with premium Italian wines and excellent, attentive service.

Stalla's traditional menu, inspired by the northern Italian countryside, is reminiscent of Old World-style restaurants in New York's Little Italy.

"It's a great value," says Anthony Caratozzolo, Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. "You're going to get large portions."

So prepare to indulge. Enjoy staples like spaghetti and meatballs, one of five $14 brick oven pizzas, and a variety of soups and salads; or try one of Stalla's long-time favorite entree and pasta dishes: lobster ravioli, chicken parmigiana, veal piccatta and lasagna.

  • "This is the second time my wife and I have visited Stalla. We shared the crab cakes, fried calamari, and we each made our own pasta, fettuccine alfredo with shrimp and scallops. The food can be a little pricey, but the quality of the food is well worth the price. The crab cakes were phenomenal. I did not care for the calamari as it was prepared. The pasta was fantastic as I believe it was made in-house. The alfredo sauce is very creamy and rich with flavor. The shrimp and scallops were cooked and seasoned to perfection to perfection and were of substantial size. The service is very polite, but dreadfully slow and at times inattentive. I do not mind waiting on food to be prepared properly, but that does not excuse attention to beverages."

Good price for the overall value. Service was very good and efficient. The atmosphere was upscale and pleasant. They have a wood fire oven for pizza's. We found the overall experience much better than the steakhouse at nearly half the price."

We enjoyed excellent service and a fantastic meal of chicken parm and chicken marsela preceeded by two great caesar salads. Unfortunately we where to full to enjoy their wonderful desserts with our coffees. (to much of the wonderful bread and oil oil dipping sauce)"

  • "A great spot for an anniversary. Lighting is dim and decor has an upscale log cabin feel especially all the woodwork on the ceiling. If you are an Italian food lover then I would recommend the lasagna bolognese. It was delicious and a big portion too. If your a fan of creamed spinach then you will enjoy some as a side, however it's a big enough portion for 2 people when you order it as a separate side. We also ordered the veal porterhouse and it was good also. Be prepared to spend some money because it is pricey but worth it on a special occasion. The only thing I didn't care for was the bread and oil that came at the beginning. The crust was too hard and the oil too peppery for my taste but that's my only complaint. Hope you enjoy!"

  • "This is a good restaurant to pick when in the Casino. Moderately priced. The pizza is good, the atmosphere is nice, tables for two are too small, service very friendly. I have been here 3 times before and always ordered pizza. Loved it. This weekend we went twice. Once we had a full dinner. Had caesar salads,soup, shrimp scampi and a veal dish. I requested the pasta on the side with my scampi. The shrimps were OK, grilled with seasoning. The pasta was delicious. The veal dish was fine. Later that weekend we stopped by and had pizza and wine. Loved those. Will probably go again and stick to salad, soups and or pizza. The service from both of our servers was great and manager checks in with you too. No complaints"

Then we moved into dinner with a perfect Dry Rubbed Rib Eye and Lamb Chops that were seasoned and cooked to perfection.   • "Our first visit to this restaurant. In one word. Overpriced!! The details. The veal piccata dish was overly salty, the veal steak was overly fatty. The potato side dish was chewy with some of the potatoes black on the inside. The mushroom side had a sauce so heavy you couldn't taste the mushrooms which were also chewy. My son's pepperoni pizza was fine but overly pricey for cheese, dough and pepperoni. (No kids menu.) The service was good and the waiter did take the 2 sides off the bill but it was still $100+ for 2 entrees 2 glasses of wine and a pizza. The Italian restaurant at the IP Casino is twice as good at half the price."

  • "Food and service were excellent. The restauant was a quiet retreat from the cacophony of sounds from the slot machines in Beau Rivage. My wife's red snapper and my scallops were perfectectly prepared. We plan to eat at Stalla during our next visit to the Beau. We want to try the pizza!"
