A word from Stalla - Beau Rivage
Stalla creates just the right recipe for an evening of classic Italian food: a reasonably priced menu of gourmet selections paired with premium Italian wines and excellent, attentive service.

Stalla's traditional menu, inspired by the northern Italian countryside, is reminiscent of Old World-style restaurants in New York's Little Italy.

"It's a great value," says Anthony Caratozzolo, Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. "You're going to get large portions."

So prepare to indulge. Enjoy staples like spaghetti and meatballs, one of five $14 brick oven pizzas, and a variety of soups and salads; or try one of Stalla's long-time favorite entree and pasta dishes: lobster ravioli, chicken parmigiana, veal piccatta and lasagna.

  • "The entire experience was rewarding. The service was excellent, always friendly, informative, efficient without making one feel rushed. The food choices were excellent and after enjoying my choice, left me wanting to return again and again to try others. The chefs soup of the day (minestrone ) was one of the best I have enjoyed. I went with the pasta choice for the entree, the opportunity to choose from pasta style, sauce as well as add on items are substantially. I chose meatballs, two arrived on the plate and they were very large, but full of flavor. The service is overall makes dinning there a complete pleasure."

  • "Was surprised to find it half full on the Saturday of Valentines Day and the casino was very busy. The Buffet must have had 150 people in line waiting. Whiel it was an enjoyable dinner tow of us had ordered the Ravioli whiel the stuffing was good the pasta was grossly undercooked. Servic ewas OK but a bit overbearing in his attempts to "upsell" us at every turn....it got old quickly!"

  • "My husband and I have eaten at Stalla several times over the past couple of years and really enjoyed it. After reading several bad reviews written during January 2014, we almost canceled our reservation. We were glad we didn't! Neither of the two dishes we ordered show on the online menu at the restaurant's website. We each began with the Mixed Green salad. For entrees, my husband ordered the "Pasta Your Way" with spaghetti, pomodoro sauce, and meatballs (beef, pork and veal). I ordered a spinach lasagna made with porcini mushrooms, and swiss chard. It was delicious. We only wished we could have eaten more of the very large portions!"

She barely came to check on us, forgot to bring me a knife I requested, and my entree came out before my salad. ( although I will say the Manager was extremely personable and took care of the cost of the salad) Also I did not care for the seating. There was a long bench with tables for two in front. I was wedged between two women I didn't know. (not very Romantic.) The Food was so Delicious!!! High quality and original flavors. All in all , even with the complaints I have I was still extremely pleased. The food , wine, and ambiance are the most important components to me. I will be back to eat at Stalla!"

  • "The ambiance and service was great. However, the food was just okay. My wife liked her meal (chicken francese), it was good and saucy. My meal (chicken parmesan) was average at best, maybe below average. It was a large portion (2 breast filets - which was good), but the meat was well over-cooked, dry, not very much sauce (almost like a cooked frozen piece of chicken from a fast food restaurant) and hardly any vegetables (1/2 stalk of asparagus - if that, cut into tiny chunks). Basically, they were both a meat only dish. Definitely a side dish of vegetables was needed."

  • "We returned to Stalla for a second visit because our first visit was so satisfying. The food was great except for the pizza. Even with a wood fired oven, the pizza was mostly unremarkable. The pepperoni was very bland. One of the choices was some very spicy peppers which almost saved the dish. Would not order pizza again. By contrast the Osso Bucco with risotto was excellent. The best dish of the evening was the calamari appetizer with a dipping sauce of those very spicy little peppers. The service is excellent. Our server remembered us from our previous visit 2 1/2 weeks before. This restaurant is a combination of superior service in a warm, clubby, unstuffy atmosphere where you are well cared for while able to be perfectly comfortable."

  • "The front staff was courteous and attentive. The waitress was new but managed the night well (it was busy for NYE) and was pleasant. The restaurant interior was well-designed and decorated The wine list was incredibely overpriced. Cocktail list needs more original cocktails recipes. The food was well-prepared (Pasta al dente, steak well-cooked, seafood not chewy) but very simple in both presentation and taste. There really weren't any creative options. Overall, expect to pay top dollar for a basic menu. At these prices, there needs to be more creativity and complexity to the dishes and cocktails."

Side dish of pasta was cold. Told server's assistant, said he would tell the Chef, heard nothing more about it. Server Larissa was excellent. Lobster market price $65 seemed a bit high. A word for Beau Rivage visitors. It is cold!"

  • "We had a group and arrived at the restaurant quite hungry. Our server was very accommodating by quickly getting our appetizer order in for us. We tried the bruschetta plate and the calamari. Both were excellent. While the wine selections were not extensive we all found something to our liking. Our dinners were a variety of entrees from seafood to pasta. Even though we were very satisfied by our dinners we still managed to indulge in dessert. The zeppole special dessert and the liquid "snickers" creme brûlée were the desserts of choice. We shared and both desserts were yummy. We had absolutely no complaints."
