Stack - MirageOur Wedding DayMy husband and I had our wedding dinner here. We were sat in a nice intimate place and were treated very special. The service and food were awesome. The ambiance was amazing. My husband is an architect and loved the curved wood interior. Very warm and inviting. The service was outstanding. Our waiter introduced the team that would be taking care of our table, was very friendly and attentive.
The food was just delicious! My husband had the filet on the bone (rare to see that) and I had sea bass over lobster risotto. The salads/sides were enough to share, our waiter let us know that right away. All in all it was a perfect birthday meal and location was perfect to relax enjoy the meal without rushing. Kudos to the entire team!5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Food, Good Service, but veryThis is the second time eating here while visiting Las Vegas, the Food is excellent along with the service, but this place is very pricey, maybe not for Las Vegas. I am upset that I ordered Lemonade and they made it from scratch and it tasted HORRIBLE, I think they used sour mix, second they brought me 3 more refills for a total of 4 during our visit there. When I got the bill and saw that they charged me for each and everyone for a total of $16 I was livid...first it tasted awful and then to be changed for a drink that in 99.9% of american restaurants is FREE REFILLS is a SHOW STOPPER for me. I will NEVER patronage this Establishment again.5/6/2013 12:00:00 AMThe reason we stayed at the mirageLast year our brother, who frequents Las Vegas on business, recommended the Stack for a great steak. My boyfriend and I tried it and loved the stuffed lobster, filet and side of green beans. This year when we were trying to decide where to stay we immediately thought of the Mirage based on our experience at Stack. We immediately made reservations for our return to Stack and bought tickets for Love. We enjoyed the food again this year and added dessert this time!

I dined with a large group and we had several appetizers, entrees (mainly the Brooklyn steak and the petite filet), and drinks and everything was excellent. I highly recommend the dumplings, calamari, and petite filet. Our waiter was friendly and very accommodating. The service was fast and accurate. The food was good, music was fun, our waiter was really good and tentative. It made the whole experience worth the money. Our friends that we have not seen in at least 15 years came into town. They were going to see LOVE so we needed to eat some where close and we landed here. It was the best choice we made. But the food is wonderful, the service first rate, the restaurant is decorated beautifully, and many of the tables are not visible form the casino floor. The restaurant was empty because we had an early dinner reservation (5pm on Friday). Our party of 4 was seated and within minutes, a party of 2 was seated right next ot us when the rest of the restaurant was empty. What kind of seating strategy is that? Food was superb and inventive, and the staff was extremely attentive. Our issue was the music; the pounding beat was not conducive to the celebratory dinner we were expecting to have. The audio was so loud that we could not have a conversation and this was not late in the evening - our reservation was at 5:15PM. I also need to say it was not only our table, patrons seated around us were not happy as well. To be fair, our Servers did all they could to rectify the situation(our waiter even gave us his card so that he could make our reservation the next time and confirm that the audio problem was corrected in advance.) As southerners we thought we made the best mashed potatoes, who would have thought the best can be had at Stack! Two thumbs up!
