Their mussels are amazing. Any way that you like them. Not enough people know about this place. An amazing neighborhood hangout and I don't live in the neighborhood :) Get off of the Metro and St Arnolds is right there.
Their beer selection is amazing. Forget the Bud Lite. They have an amazing selection of beers and incredible Happy Hour prices. The scene was very energetic (and so it got hard to hear towards the end - despite the open windows!), and our waitress was extremely helpful and pleasant. The wait staff was patient and friendly, as well as funny! The place became very crowded as the night progressed, but it wasn't a bad thing, and the food and drinks were brought out quickly. The staff is very knowledgeable about the menu and the beer selection, and willing to help. Don't. St. Arnold's Mussel Bar is amazing. All the mussel dishes are incredible and the hot wings and beer specials on Monday are great. I've had nearly all the mussel pots and I would highly recommend any if the flavors described match what you're looking for. While the beer selection is great, be careful - it can get pricey when you're ordering refills and not paying attention to how many you've drank!
The only aspect of Arnold's I wouldn't recommend is their brunch. The menu is okay at best and the food was very small portions for the price.
