"We dined at Square 1682 before attending a Philadelphia Orchestra concert at the Kimmel Center. Our food was very good and the service was prompt and friendly. Portions are small. My scallop entree was nicely prepared in a wonderful sauce, but they only served 2 medium-sized scallops. Definitely skimpy."

"We were there for brunch. My husband felt his frittata was average, not very special. Two of our friends had french toast which both really enjoyed. My entree for the brunch was a blueberry griddle cakes which were very good."

"This was a perfect spot for our family Easter brunch/lunch. Five of us arrived at 12:45 PM after a stirring service at the Church of the Holy Trinity. Even though they were working a holiday, every member of the staff greeted us cordially and enthusiastically. Our waitress was very faniliar with and conversant about both menu and special items. It was also a nice transition of both breakfast and/or lunch entree availability. Members of our party enjoyed rabbit confit, chicken confit, frittatas and traditional bacon and eggs. All were cooked and seasoned perfectly and the presentation of each was also well-done. The modern decor reflects the spirit of its location within the Architects Building. It is very forward, yet comfortable."

"The entree recommendation-scallops- was spot on. An amazingly delightful treat. Enough where you knew you had a great meal but didn't feel over fed. As fresh as can be, as succulent as any you've ever had. Can't wait for the next recommendation."
