Executive Chef Kevin Humphreys elevates traditional "mountain cuisine" by transforming simple, home-style favorites into flavorful, seasonally-infused dishes. Guests will discover a delectable assortment of appetizers and shared plates - perfect for après ski.

Named Best Executive Chef four years running in a local poll, Chef Humphreys' dedication to local and regional food sources, and organic and sustainable farming can be seen in his careful selection of ingredients. Chef has woven distinctive flavors throughout his new menu. Highlights include the Snake River Farms Kurobuta Pork Tenderloin, Buffalo Short Ribs braised in Zonder stout, and Nebraska Wagyu Sirloin. Many of the menu selections are gluten-free and vegetarian options are available.

Our fire lit restaurant and expansive bar area are an inviting space to relax and enjoy great food, served by friendly, professional staff.

Favorites were the fries with elk and buffalo gravy, pheasant ravioli, and gravlax with avocado and pickled radish and onion on whole grain toast. Local beer on tap. If you have kids with you, there is a good kids menu, and a small playroom with big pillows and a TV in case they don't want to be at the table!"

It didn't seem at all like the ads we had seen around, more of a bar scene that isn't really separated from dining space. I had a steak, it was ok. It seemed a little overpriced for the quality & quantity. Our server was great"

  • "We were not real hungry, so the burger seemed just right to have with an appetizer and glass of wine. Ordered the salmon on wheat bread as appetizer and were totally delighted. A thin layer of avocado under the salmon made the order. Very good. The burgers were very tasty with high quality meat, cooked just right. We were very delighted with our meal, and would come back again. Unfortunately the acoustics made table conversations challenged."

  • "My husband and I went for dinner. I ordered a venison filet which was perfectly cooked and even my husband liked it. My husband does not like to eat game animals. My husband ordered a pork chop which was overdone. However when we brought this to the manager's attention, he was gracious and got a different dish for him. I would also recommend sweet potato fries. Overall we had a wonderful dinner at Spur."

  • "Spur was one of the nicer restaurants in Teton Village. It is right at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain, so it was very convenient. My group and I stopped in the Spur more than once on our stay for dinner, apres ski happy hour, and to watch some football. Although the food was pretty good, they would not cook their burgers or meat entrees less than medium. This is the only reason I cannot give the Spur a better rating. A good piece of meat or a burger should be more on the rare side."

  • "Server was enthusiastic and accommodating but drinks were slow to arrive and appetizers and entrees took forever. One appetizer -- $40 platter of charcuterie and cheese consisted (according to waitperson) of 6 oz. of meats and 6 oz. of cheese, total -- was Very overpriced and very slow to arrive. Entrees were good, not great. Bar bill was larger than it might have been if everything hadn't taken so long. Restaurant is large, crowded and vibrant, but understaffed to cope with its popularity."

Only disappointment was that although our server was super cute, she was not that attentive to the table, I.e. Slow with the water or general inquiry as to how we were. We thought it was funny. Not a big deal, the service was good and timely, we just received it from various different people."

  • "The 'bacon bloody Mary' is the best bloody mary I've ever had, so that was the highlight; billed by the locals as the best chef in the area--food was very good, but not outstanding, service friendly and efficient, ambience OK, but nothing special; I can think of at least 6 other restaurants in town that are quite a bit better, including the food, than this; does not deserve it's accolades from the local polls reservation system leaves a LOT to be desired; couldn't get a reservation until 8:30; arrived at 7:30 to sit in the bar, and the restaurant itself was only 30% full (four tables with people; 7 tables completely empty), but they still wouldn't seat us until 8:30; I would go back to the bar for the bloody mary, but not otherwise"

  • "my wife and i went here twice while in Jackson on our honeymoon. I normally do not leave reviews (sorry) but we had the worst service possible and noticed others around us receiving the same. It was just the two of us having a late lunch the first time, so we just kind of played it up to the fact there were larger parties around us that took more time to accommodate, but when we went back for dinner and didn't have a server come to our table for twenty minutes, we had to laugh at the place. Teton village was packed and we didn't have a reservation anywhere else so we stayed, the manager took our order, and after a food runner dropped off our meal, and we had the manager run our payment because a server never showed, we were on our way."
