Sprigs Restaurant & BarAlways a treatOur go-to restaurant because we can count on the staff to be friendly and warm and the food to be delicious and creative. Always something new and unexpected. Last night our appetizer was a trio including the most delicious little peppers filled with goat cheese, corn fritters and Indian vegetables all prepared in a tempura style. And of course the best crab cakes north of Maryland.5/17/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent meal - attentive serviceA unique and pleasant range of appetizers, salads, and entrees all presented with art and care- quality beyond the price and humble setting. If your hungry and in the vicinity of Acton, you must try Sprigs. The husband and wife chef/owners will welcome you to a meal prepared with great care and skill - without the pretense so often associated with food of this quality. Highly recommended. Atmosphere remininsent of a New England B&B.5/17/2013 12:00:00 AMWe went for my birthday dinnerWe went for my birthday dinner on Friday night. It was only our second time at the restaurant. Once again, the food and service were excellent. The atmosphere is very peaceful, great for a conversation, and never rushed. We'll be back soon!5/3/2013 12:00:00 AMFood was very good and theFood was very good and the service was superb. We were able to comfortably talk with our party without being rushed or interrupted. Will definetly go back.4/19/2013 12:00:00 AMHad been wanting to try thisHad been wanting to try this for a long time and so glad we did! Food was awesome, service was too. Can't wait to go back!4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMOutstanding.Sprigs is an old favorite. Have been to all of its incarnations, from the time it was Chez Claude, through Maison Maison, to 5 Strawberry, and now Sprigs.
I think I can say hands down that Sprigs has take the restaurant to an entirely new level. The decor has been refreshed--although it has been done with subtlety and in keeping with it's charming farmhouse appeal, and the food is the best it's ever been. By far.
In fact, I would say that the food at Sprigs can now compete with more than a few of Boston's best. Highly recommended.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMEven better than I remembered!Very nice return to Sprigs after not going there for a while. Menu has something for everyone. Loved the olive tapenade, homemade sherbet between the appetizer and entrees, the food was delicious and service was awesome. Very nice evening.4/5/2013 12:00:00 AMThe best dinnerBest place I have found since getting here from San Francisco3/26/2013 12:00:00 AMDivineThe food was devine. It has been a very long time, since I've love every course. My husband & I had their clam chowder, squash ravioli, panko crusted cranberry goat cheese salad w/pecans, chicken under a brick and the apricot bread pudding. The meal starts off with complimentary bread that is warm and crusty on the outside/soft on the inside - served w/olive tapenade. The bread is amazing. They also serve an Intermezzo of sorbet prior to your entree.3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMWonderful find - serviceWonderful find - service suburb - food wonderful. Only suggestion would to have more choices for glasses of wine. Great value though.3/12/2013 12:00:00 AM
