"Fantastic restaurant and view - it would be better if they would have a dress code, and not have kids in t-shirts and shorts, or grown ups is sweatshirts.

The gluten free bread was a nice touch. Great service from all the staff"

"Splendido was better than expected. The food was creative and exploded with distinct and simple flavors. I loved the variety that the menu offered for both adults and children. The service was professional and the ambience of the dining room was understated mountain elegance. We will surely return here next time we visit Beaver Creek!"

"The best restaurant in Beaver Creek. Superb cooking and food that would be at home in any top restaurant in any major city. I had the rabbit a notoriously difficult dish to get right but this was delicious and the rest of my party also had great dishes."

"We had a fantastic meal at Splendido! The menu selection featured different and unique twists on traditional favorites. Our server was very knowledgable and friendly. However, we were seated extremely close to the piano. The entertainment was very loud due to our proximity to the piano. This would have been just fine as the piano music was outstanding, BUT the singing left much to be desired. I may be spoiled being from Nashville, but all of the Elton John and Beatles tunes sung loud and off key wore us out after a while. I would absolutely go again, but if that is the regular entertainment, I would ask to sit further toward the back of Splendido. Trust me, you will still be able to hear all of the songs (but it will be more pleasant!)."
