Ask for an outdiir table when making reservation in summer. The only draw back to this restaurant (and I have been going there for years) is the time it takes to get seated at your table. They can't seem to guage reservation times well. Given the atmosphere and prices this is a black eye. The Salmon was beautifully presented and tasty, too.5/10/2013 12:00:00 AMIf you have time for a shortIf you have time for a short drive from Rte 1 and want a beautiful setting/view and excellent food, this is the perfect place. As usual, there was a mix of regular and more ambitious options on the menu, never boring and very delicious. I enjoyed a wonderful, hot cauliflower soup and a sort of tempura tilapia with salad. Everything was excellent. The service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. And the view of the beach was spectacular.4/3/2013 12:00:00 AMWe've been to Splash manyWe've been to Splash many times. They've added some new items to the menu which make it even better. I beleive that a number of them are from their sister restaurant Baang. I had the tenderloin scallopini which was wonderful. There were six of us and most people had the swordfish or the sea bass which are both great. The calamari salad is always a winner. Our waiter was very helpful describing the new dishes on the menu and the service was excellent. We come back again and again because we have never had a bad or even average meal at Splash!3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMA great find that always winsAs usual Splash made a big splash.
