  • "The customer service is excellent at Spice Market. Our server's name is Brooke. We only ask for her when we visit the restaurant because she is outstanding! Very friendly, attentive, helpful, considerate, & dependable! The overall customer experience is top notch."

  • "I actually enjoyed the food and drinks, it was a birthday celebration for two people in our group, the only thing I didn't like was that they would not do seperate checks, this made it kind of awkward when some people are drinking and some are not, our group was 10 people total, $600 in business, plus bar....shouldn't book groups if you're not willing to seperate checks."

  • "Dinner was very good, server was very attentive. If you eat a lot of spicy food this will probably rate as mild spice. My dinner was rated as spicy and it was a little mild, but delicious."

  • "Very good service, good food, and a good find in the W Hotel. If you are in Midtown - try this."

  • "The food was very good and hot. My waiter was awesome!!! He showed me app that takes money off your and automatically tips for u. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a private but romantic dinner. The decor is beautiful as well. I loved it and will definitly be back."

  • "My wife and I visited for the first time for a romantic Valentine's dinner. The environment was cool and modern while not being overly stuffy or uncomfortable. The service was perfect, timely, and most importantly not overbearing. The wine selection is good. The food was perfect. I am not as much of a fan of Asian cuisine as my wife, but the menu provided me with as many options as her. She had the halibut and is still talking about how good it was. I enjoyed a strip steak that was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Men, this is a perfect place to take your spouse or date for a special night on the town away from kids and obnoxious loud crowds. Go and enjoy!"

  • "Service was slow. Different servers caused confusion by repeatedly asking same questions. I had to ask twice for an extra utensil. Drinks were slow - arrived after food arrived. Complimentary valet parking was a plus. Nice touch to hand a rose to female diners for valentines day."

  • "Excellent food, come back every year for special occasions."

  • "1. Comfort: The seating in the booths was too low for the tables. 2. The food was OK, but not what you would expect for a Jean-George concept. 3. Apparently because the restaurant's name was Spice Market, they felt that making the food spicy hot was important. The server could offer only a few dishes that weren't spicy hot."

  • "Not being fan of Hotel restaurants I was skeptical about going but Spice Market changed my mind. This restaurant is a very good place to eat. It has very nice menu choices. The Chicken Samosas were very well prepared and the Red Curried Duck was delicious. They have an extensive wine list. Over all a very good restaurant with very good service"

  • "Sorry but it was really expensive and the food just wasnt good! The one exception was the Halibut which was done great but the egg-rolls were Embarrassing! Way too salty and just not delecious and the stir fried veggies with rice noodles were also just short of inedible. Drinks were good (we had cocktails) but overpriced. We ended up paying a $100 and left hungry and unsatisfied."

  • "Great date night, even though we were sharing the hotel restaurant with guests from a large conference. When it was so busy that our assigned waiter never came, the management really took care of us with very attentive service. Our favorites were (1) the chili/lime salsa with pita chips, (2) mushroom egg rolls, and (3) yuzu old-fashioned cocktail."

  • "This is one of our favorite Asian restaurants in Atlanta. The food is fresh and inventive, the room is very appealing, there is always something for everyone in the family, and the service always is good. I will say it is a little pricey, but that's what you get for going to a W. I'm told you get a discount if you're in the Starwood Preferred program, but I always forget my card. Still, a really enjoyable place."

  • "Service and drinks were excellent. Unfortunately, the food was not what I hoped. I ordered lobster and I was overcooked. But it does seem like a nice place to have drinks. Their ginger margarita was excellent!"

  • "The food was presented with flair and panache by our excellent server. One of the best coconut chicken soups I have ever had. Try it its excellent. The snapper was also outstanding. This is a great place for downtown dining."

  • "I was left amazed at the poor food quality- first up mussels in saffron/creme fraiche- no saffron nor creme fraiche, plus several mussels were served that did not open, and several were served that were empty so for $16 I had about 10 mussels. The main course was fair but the portion size was diminutive."

  • "The restaurant seems to be understaffed, as the Manager had to step in and help the servers. I only seen two servers the entire time, and this was a very vibrant and busy Thursday night. The food was good, but not great, and the service was fair, but it wasn't the servers fault. He seemed to be monopolized by a needy table of businessmen. Not sure if I will be back."

  • "I continuously come back for the ginger margaritas! This time though, the glass seemed to be quite smaller. The food was good but not as great as u have experienced in the past. The cabbage was very soggy and the food tasted sort of bland without help. Our waiter was stellar, but his busboy was quite the sad sack."

  • "If there was a word for the food at Spice Market, it would be salt. Almost everything tasted way too salty. The exception being the pepper shrimp, which were perfect. The halibut and steak were also a bit overcooked. The staff was very friendly and helpful, food presentation, and the atmosphere is great. The only failure in the atmosphere was the food itself. And to the manager who stopped by and asked about everything, I apologize about not saying this to you directly. I never know if I should say anything in the middle of a meal."
