  • Private Party Facilities: Spezia dining rooms are designed to have a warm and comforting feel. Complete with a wood mini bar, original artwork, wood table tops, carpet, and a Bose sound system. For groups under 20 guests full menu or limited menu is available. For groups over 20, an appointment is requested so that a menu can be discussed. Room “R” has a big window facing the main patio, and a private patio for guests. This room can be used for groups between 10-30 guests. The room has a $100 (M-TH) or $200 (F-Sat) charge that is waived if $1500 or more is spent. Room “W” has original art work, a wooden bar, and an impressive wine display. This room can be used by 25-50 guests, with a $150 (M-TH) or $300 (F-Sat) room charge or $2500 spent. When both rooms are opened up, they can accommodate groups up to 100 with a $250 (M-TH) or $500 (F-Sat) room charge or $3000 in food and beverage. It’s important to reserve the rooms as soon as possible, they do book fast.

  • "Not our first visit and won't be our last. The food is excellent. They do a great job with every seafood dish I have ever had there. My wife says they have the best chicken parm in Omaha. It was busy, as always, but service was very good. They only negative was that the waiter really didn't know much about wine. I knew more than him, which isn't much. But at least I know which wines are sweet and which aren't. But, no big deal for us on that."

  • "It was to be just our usual weekly date night. Open Table steered us to Spezia when our original destination was closed. We lucked into the best table in the place, a cozy-cove 4-top. Flawless service. First in a long time I haven't been able to decide which creative, delectable thing to choose from a menu. Fair wine prices and an expansive list were appreciated. Try most anything from the smoked grill—the woodsmoke overtones are wonderful. We're still talking about what a lovely night it turned out to be."

Both the walleye and chicken alfredo were beyond expected and the chicken for the alfredo was grilled to perfection. If you decide to get dessert, get the bananas foster cheesecake, it was just divine. One of Omaha's top 5 restaurants by far."

  • "I've been here a few times now and I have to say that the food is good, though a bit expensive for what they offer, and the environment is interesting. Nice wait staff, too. I had made reservations requesting a booth or table near a wall as I have anxiety issues, yet I was sat in the dead center with practically the only spotlight on us. I kindly requested to move to one of two empty tables that better fit my bill but the waitress was reluctant, saying "Those seats are for people that may have made reservations." I told her I had made reservations with a seating request and she eventually let us move after leaving for several minutes to ask someone. After the move, I felt a bit more relaxed. I wish they had actually read the request first."

  • "We always have enjoyed the food and service at Spezia. Great for business lunches by day and dinner a a couple or with several couples by night! The menu has a vast array of choices without being overwhelming. The only reason the " noise level" is rated moderate is because of whee we were seated - NOT THE RESTAURANT's fault-but the lady across from is was VERY LOUD. She didn't seem to understand she was using her "outside" voice through her entire meal. Once they left it was lovely! Our server, Kelli, was fantastic- she knows what she's doing and was very pleasant."

  • "We went for dinner a few days after Valentine's Day to avoid the Hallmark Holiday madness. The server timed our food well, it was well cooked, etc. The ambiance left a little to be desired. From the mid 80's soft rock hits, to the fact it was like they seated the restaurant by age, it was just a little off. A little updating of their ambiance would help for sure. It's a great place though, so as long as you can stand Huey Lewis and Rod Stewart overly loud for a hour, you'll have a great time!"

  • "We arrive and waited a few minutes for a table. Ordered glasses of wine though we never saw a wine list. I ordered the shrimp scampi with angel hair pasta with a caesar salad. My GF ordered the pork tenderloin piccatta with a garden salad. Both entrees were tasty! We ended our meal sharing Tiramisu with coffee. Restaurant was busy and noisy, though it was Valentine's Day. I was given a gift card from my sister for Christmas and this was the perfect way to use it."

  • "My fiancé and I went here for valentines day and we reserved the private room with a curtain. The room wasn't additional and it was so nice to have the privacy. The food was spectacular, we ordered the 4 cheese flatbread(very flavorful) and the French Arcadia chicken linguine. We got everything without meat and it was super yummy!! We ended with the truffle mouse torte and I nearly died and went to heaven. I recommend spezia to everyone!"

  • "Our calamari was very overcooked (very chewy) but had good flavor. The steaks were o.k. and dessert was acceptable. The steak/seafood combo came with only two scallops which neither of us could taste the scallop itself as the seasoning was overwhelming. The restaurant has an extremely fishy smell when we first arrived and was still overwhelming by the time we left. Our waitress (Amanda) was AMAZING - likely the best service either of us has ever received."

The food and drink were great, unfortunately where we were seated there was this overwhelming bad smell. Like rotten seafood smell. I walked around the restaurant at one point and the smell seemed to be lingering only in the area we were seated. Unfortunately, this kind of ruined the experience for us. Food however (minus the smell) was good."

It's been our special occasion dining choice for a long time. Service was terrific, with very personable and knowledgable waitress.   • "We were promptly seated for our reservation in a booth. I had the French Acadian Chicken Linguine, which I adore. The spice doesn't overwhelm the golden flavor of the sauteed peppers and onions and the chicken. It makes me sweat just a bit, but in the way spicy food should. My wife had the Squash Risotto with chicken. This had chunks of squash mixed in a white risotto sauce with chicken and hazelnuts sprinkled in. She loved it. Dessert was the Limonatta. The lemon sauce spread on top of each bite meant a creamy sweet flavor with the tart zing of the lemon from the sauce and the lemon curd layer in the middle. Wonderful service, possibly the best I've had in my life. They hire great waiters as far as I'm concerned."

  • "After my first bite, I looked at my girlfriend and said: "I wish I could chew slower so I could taste this longer." I ordered the 8oz Gorgonzola Steak Tenderloin w/ a heavenly roasted onion drenched in savory goodness. It's not called that, but if you order it that way they'll know exactly what you mean. My hot date ordered the Chicken Picacata w/ mushrooms and loved it. We're both gluten intolerant, so we were pleasantly surprised to find they had gluten free noodles! BOOYAH. Go here. It's delicious."
