Catering: Speisekammer offers full catering featuring German and European food. Holiday parties, Oktoberfest parties, Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Office Parties. Speisekammer has many repeat clients including the German Consulate of SF. Peter Kahl is a European trained chef and his skills are not limited to German cuisine. In-house we can accommodate groups of 2-200. The back room seats 60 people and has a projection screen TV with wireless internet for company presentations. Private Party Facilities: There is a private room for up to 60 people. Private parties from 10 - 200 people available. Rental of the entire restaurant is possible for larger events.

"We ordered soup and a salad with our entree and I was served my soup with my entree and my boyfriend was served his salad after his entree. We also waited for what seemed forever to be served 2 beers prior to ordering food. All in all it just wasn't what we expected. Oh and by the way the food was luke warm when it reached our table."

"Speisekammer has always provided reliably good food for a good price. This is a great place to sample European beers, as well. The ambiance is authentic without being kitchy. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to try something different from French or Italian cooking."

"Good German beers, served in the correct glass. Käsespätzle was excellent, but instead of caramelized onions should have been french-fried. Wienerschnitzel vom Kalbfleisch was excellent and ample. Potatoes were a disappointment. Bacon in the potatoes????"

"My husband and I love this place. We come here for date nights and leave the kids at home. We miss Germany and the food definitely brings us back memories. We love this place!"
