The only thing that marred our visit was the wait-staff. They were civil, but cold. We almost felt as though they wer turning their noses up at us, which made no sense because we were well dressed and polite. This was the only thing that put a damper on our meal - we were very uncomfortable with the waiter.
I don't expect a waiter to be loud and chatty, but I do expect them to smile and make us feel welcome - respond to us in a friendly way when we ask a question. I would not spend that much money again to be treated like we were not welcome. Portions were industrial size which, to me, is a turn off but for true carnivors, this is the real deal.
