Beef tips were a little dry but only because the meat was lean and well seasoned, with an excellent burgundy mushroom sauce. The Flamenco guitarist added the right atmosphere without overpowering the ability to talk with friends. The manager seemed to understand what had happened and took the bill, but returned only removing $9 instead of the $21-$23 that was due us (we ordered the wonderful "4 for S30" tapas dish but were billed for each full size tapa). He actually said 'well, you ate all the food'...of course we ate it, we ordered it...as a 4 for $30 tapas sampler. He then said the dishes we had were bigger than the "4 for $30"...how in the world he expected us, who'd not eaten there before, to know the portion size is beyond me! We just paid and left.
