Spago - Las VegasAwesomeHad dinner on Saturday night before Elton John show. Our waiter Jeremy was outstanding. Made great recommendations on the menu and made sure that all the courses came at a nice pace so we could enjoy our meal and not be rushed for the show. We enjoyed the tasting menu with wine pairings as each course was better than the next. Our server was attentative and knowledgeable. Each course was so well thought out and coordinated. When pointed out ...apologies..corrected. You have to wonder was it an error (?????) or a scheme by wait staff to rip off tourists.

The food and service was wonderful. Our dinners were excellent (scallops for my wife, pork chop for me), and the kids menu was reasonably priced. Our server was very informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. The Chef came by to see how everything was, as did the restaurant manager. I have eaten there for lunch and dinner. Both are fantanstic. I was very impressed with service for out large party at the restaurant. The wait staff was extremely efficient and they were there with what you needed without asking. Food was great, as usual at a Puck restaurant, pricing reasonable for a Puck restaurant in the Forum Shops at Caesars, service very attentive yet not obtrusive and generally a very nice experience. My wife loves his braised short ribs and I finally tried Wienerschnitzel (and liked it). Every time we visit Vegas we try at least one or two new places. We were so glad we did, because we had a wonderful meal. My husband had the braised short ribs & I had the Wienerschnietizel & they were both delicious. We topped off the meal with their key lime baked Alaska which was a perfect ending to the meal, a must try. We will definitely eat there on our next trip. Our waiter was fantastic & I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the gentleman serving the bread, but he was great as well. (I suggest inside the restaurant though the cafe is nice.)
The drinks were amazing (Blood Orange Mojito!) and the food was equally as good. I'm not a huge Wolfgang Puck fan and have eaten at Spago - Beverly Hills and would rank Spago - Las Vegas towards the top of my LV dining list of "must go."
An equally nice touch...the executive chef coming out to meet the diners of the restaurant!

We will recommend this restaurant to everyone we know and the next time we are in Vegas we will be back!
I could have made a meal out of the bread alone and the braised short rib was the best i have ever had in 40 years of living ...better than my mother's and given that she was at the table with us....she was in agreement. :)
