Whether it’s coming from the South or heading towards the South, Southward is basically defined as anything having to do with the Southern direction, specifically, the 180° compass point, pointing directly toward the South.

Here at Southward, we are devoted to all things Southern, and this means local ingredients, full flavors, and a comfort you can not only feel, but taste. The menu is defined by Chef Ryan Trimm’s take on Southern staples, including some items like fried chicken, collard greens, okra, and catfish, among many other delicious, traditional meals.

From the coastal food of Charleston and Bar-B-Que from Memphis, to fresh seafood off the panhandle of Florida and the Cajun cuisine of Southern Louisiana, Southward explores everything the South has to offer.

Our seasonal, local menu is a fresh breath of the South, combining scratch cooking and fresh ingredients. Serving only the tastiest fare with the warmest hospitality.
