Restaurant manager Dave Moore… has assembled a staff that obviously loves serving a steady stream of Chelan visitors and local residents delighted to have a world class venue overlooking beautiful Lake Chelan. The restaurant facility was designed by owner Dr. Robert Jankelson to compliment his much acclaimed Tsillan Cellars Winery. Tsillan Cellars and Sorrento’s Ristorante are open 364 days a year for lunch, dinner, weddings and special events, closing only on New Year’s Day.
