Food was good.3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMWe made a visit to Son'z asWe made a visit to Son'z as our final dinner in Maui based on the recommendation of a colleague. It was top drawer all the way. Attentive and friendly servers without being too overbearing. Outstanding wine list with tasty choices in the mid-range ($60-75) and impressive choices in the $100 range) and the waiter made a few menu recommendations (always appreciated). The potato gnocchi and caprese appetizer was a fantastic mix of a traditional caprese salad and a rich gnocchi. Our entrees (potato "scaled" mahi and sea scallops with linguica sausage) were just fantastic preparations - a great meal. Be sure to ask for a waterside table, but be aware you may get a swan or a duck stopping by your table.2/2/2013 12:00:00 AM
