The whole experience was amazing ... from how we felt welcomed and special, to how they accommodated my dairy free needs. In fact the chef made a special dessert for me while we were there so I would experience a gourmet dessert! They enjoyed catering to who you are and what you wanted.5/15/2013 12:00:00 AMQuite good, very overpricedIt was Mother's Day, so it was a diverse group who wouldn't ordinarily dine together. My mother, who is 90 found the chair to be unbearably uncomfortable, but the waitress was kind in putting together a pile of cloth napkins to pad her seat.
About 4 of us had the lobster bisque, and though it was served in pretty bowls was not very good. It was taken off of our check, but,...

What can you say when you get to dine at a place located in the country but really close to Worcester. We went to Sonoma for Mother's Day. Despite being very busy, the food continues to be outstanding with an updated menu. The sevice was excellent: friendly, attentive, and informed. And the classical guitarist topped off the usual quiet ambiance.
We plan to return with friends in the near future.

Went Monther's day and food-menu were top notch. The only criticism is that they needed more waitstaff. Was very busy, and though the entrees-salad-apps-drinks came out well timed..it took 45 minutes to get dessert as more people poured in. Our waitress was spectacular and knowledgable..she was just a little overwhelmed and need a person to help her (IE a second) or less tables. Other than that. The restaurant is located in a small plaza in Princeton, MA and it's refreshing to know that Boston isn't the only place to find ultra romantic dining! The perfect experience to celebrate our anniversary with it's romantic ambiance and perfect fine dining from start to finish. Everything from the decor, service, soft music (including the cellist) and of course, the food was absolutely outstanding! The Seafood "Thermidor" was delicious and The "Cowboy!" was an amazing steak feature! Absolutely reccommend! The meal was exceptional, one of the best meals I have ever eaten. I got the Korean short ribs which was uniquely flavorful. The scallop appetizer was excellent. Dessert was incredible. This was a special birthday and the food was outstanding: the best swordfish I've ever had in my life (and I've eaten a LOT of swordfish). The service was wonderful -- once we got it. We were seated (by the hostess) for about ten - fifteen minutes before anyone came to acknowledge us. The error was explained and our new server was terrific and attentive (without hovering) for the rest of the evening.
We will be going back again. If you are looking for a culinary experience and don't mind heading out to Princeton Massachusetts, then this is a place you have to try out. The menu items are pricey. The food, I feel, is worth the extra expense. My wife and I enjoyed the meal and Debbie our server, was there without being there, which is a mark of an excellent server.
