The waiters and waitresses were very attentive. We enjoyed the experience a great deal. The décor reflects not only the sports history of CSU, but it also reflects some of the history of Fort Collins. The staff are friendly, yet professional and attentive, and the food is well prepared and delicious. Our graduate especially enjoyed the tableside preparation of a fresh Caesar salad. We were the only people in the restaurant. It took about 45 minutes + for the food to arrive. Good thing we ordered chips and salsa to start. Don't blame the wait staff, she was very sweet, pleasant. Never asked nor was offered a reason for the slow service. Not sure what the wait was about but it seemed strange that it would take that long for 5 entrees, mostly sandwiches to be made. And perhaps the good food takes a bit longer applies. The service was excellent throughout the evening and our server was very knowlegeable and helpful in selecting the perfect bottle of wine.
