The entrees were all very good; well presented, well prepared and the flavors were excellent.3/22/2013 12:00:00 AMQuiet Date Night GemI love Soigne! Chef's Tasting menu is yummy, generous, and reasonably priced. The wine pairing is a great deal as well and again, the pour is generous. This is a great date night place and most nights of the week, it is surprisingly quiet and rarely crowded. Definitely not a great place for kids unless you do an early dinner; this place has a very "grown up" feel. Our last outing was on a Friday which is why I rated the noise level as moderate; it's usually very very quiet. I didn't mark it as such, but this would be a great place for a group dinner for a special occasion, just be sure to plan in advance.3/22/2013 12:00:00 AMMy husband and I had a delightfulMy husband and I had a delightful dinner at Soigne. The appetizer, entree and dessert we ordered were very good. A lovely touch-the restaurant served a 'pre-appetizer' of gougeres and a delightful onion tart, and a 'post dessert' of salted chocolate caramel cookies.3/20/2013 12:00:00 AMI was looking for a new brunchI was looking for a new brunch location and happened on Soigne. It was nice & quiet ~1pm for brunch and they had an excellent selection of brunch items as well as drinks. Definitely will be returning.3/17/2013 12:00:00 AMThis was an incredible meal. This was an incredible meal. I have nothing but great things to say from start to finish!3/15/2013 12:00:00 AMVery SoignéSoigné has gone through many iterations. This is by far the one to stay with. The chef is creative and skilled. Offers for the table -- vichyssoise in a tiny cup and cougeres -- were rich and delicious. Had mini crab cakes and pear/goat cheese salad to share -- both tasty and beautifully served. But, the piece de resistance was the tuna medallions on a potato cake with shredded veggies! We ordered it rare and it was perfect!! The plate looked as if it had three towers of red tuna and, wow, were they perfectly cooked and delicious. The wine list is interesting. It's unusual for a small local restaurant to have as many local, North and South Fork wines as they do. Although there were less expensive selections, we chose the Bedell blend and3/1/2013 12:00:00 AM
