Soho Beach House- Cecconi'sworth ithad a challenge finding it, but everything else was perfect= food, ambience, options. Service was solid, a bit slow at times, but still friendly, congenial and considerate.5/13/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat BrunchFantastic spot for Sunday brunch. Lots to choose from and its all done well. Service could be a bit more attentive, and the bar should be staffed up a bit more as drinks were slow to arrive. Otherwise great.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMA pleasant afternoonI must say that we had a relaxing and pleasant afternoon at Cecconi's. i had heard about the stuffy staff but the only stuffy person was the maitre at the front entrance. We believe his suit was a bit too tight.
Regardless, our waiter, the water server, even the waiter from the table adjacent was nice enough to explain to us that the Zabaione dessert was not as we would expect, etc.
The octopus, the osso bucco, the burratina pizza and the tartare were all delish.
Will return regardless of the hotels fire alarm going off twice because of the kitchen sensors.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat meal at Soho Beach HouseWe love Cecconi's West Hollywood and were very much looking forward to the Miami location in Soho Beach house. It did not disappoint. The menu has fewer offerings than WeHo, but many of the standards are there, including the pizzas and the chicken paillard. The mozzarella and tomato salad was perfect, the burrata was creamy and the tomatoes were perfectly ripe. My husband ordered the salmon, and even though he likes it well done, it was not dry or lacking flavor. The twinkle lights and blue upholstery is all there, reminding you of just a few of the reasons this is a classic place to return for lunch or dinner, time and again.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMFantastic!Had an amazing dinner (Mother's day) celebration with the family at Cecconi's Soho Beach House. The ambiance, the food and drinks, the service, all of it was superb! My children loved it too! ;-)5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat BIrthday partyExcellent food .comfortable sit good ambient.
The service was a Little Slow5/6/2013 12:00:00 AMService could use some improvement.Service could use some improvement. However, the food is outstanding and the ambiance is stunning!4/21/2013 12:00:00 AMBuzzy, casual & fun. GreatBuzzy, casual & fun. Great Sunday brunch buffet with a big & varied selection of tasty food.4/21/2013 12:00:00 AMWent to Brunch and haven'tWent to Brunch and haven't been there in a year or so. Buffet is quite extensive, beautiful and well prepared food and well worth the $35 per person charge. A bit crowded as it is a bargain compared to a lot of the other brunches in town. We had a great time and will return.4/21/2013 12:00:00 AMFood and ambience trump shortcomingFood was excellent. Waiter seemed overwhelmed. He forgot to bring my wife's dessert. Water (and ice) had to be requested rather than maintained. Italian hostess seemed rattled that we arrived with a party of seven instead of five and could have been much more pleasant and accommodating. There are no shortage of restaurants on South Beach...and first impressions are lasting. The moderate negatives experienced from the hostess and the waiter unfortunately detracted from the special ambience and extraordinary food for this pricey restaurant.4/18/2013 12:00:00 AMTook a group of friends toTook a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. Everyone had a great time dining under the stars with a beautiful breeze coming off the ocean. Delicious, innovative, moderately priced Italian dishes. Delicious cocktails and good wine list.4/17/2013 12:00:00 AMA great place!!! Will returnA great place!!! Will return and tell all my friends...4/16/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat food problem is thatGreat food problem is that the facility is open to the elements and when it is warm and humid (as is frequently the case in Miami Beach) it can spoil the overall experience.4/14/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat atmosphere, food wasGreat atmosphere, food was very good but cocktails were terrible.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMLovely spot to dine outdoorsLovely spot to dine outdoors in balmy Miami heat (and humidity). Italian food is on point - everything is well executed. My only gripe was our beef carpaccio - the white sauce on top was too heavy. But that would not prevent me from re-visiting! Great wine selection as well.4/12/2013 12:00:00 AMWorth a while.Very beautiful place with nice food and good service. I recommend!4/8/2013 12:00:00 AMOutdoor gem.Cecconi's is one of the top restaurants in Sobe. The atmosphere is casual and cool and European. The food is fantastic from the pizza's to the fish and meat entrees. We love to sit outside and also enjoy the fantastic wine list.4/3/2013 12:00:00 AMVery nice ambience, greatVery nice ambience, great decoration (although a bit too darj). Great Good and wine.4/1/2013 12:00:00 AMMost Beautiful and Tasty DinnersThis was one of the most romantic dinners we've ever had!!!!! Our waiter went above and beyond in every way, from giving wine samples, to recommending what we should have. We sat in the middle of a tree (a romantic tree branch went right above our heads with pretty white lights - one of the most interesting seats in the whole place!) Everyone who worked there was super professional and friendly. I rated this a 5 star because it was a memory we will never forget. Get the octopus starter! It was absolutely amazing!!3/27/2013 12:00:00 AMFantastic food and service.Fantastic food and service. A real hot spot with a wonderful outdoor ambience.3/26/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Restaurant. Great service.Great Restaurant. Great service. Great Food! simply great.3/25/2013 12:00:00 AMFabulous, fabulous, fabulousFabulous. We had stayed at a landmark, posh, resort next door for a week and unfortunately found this restaurant on our last night in Miami. What a treat. The food was authentic Italian (having just returned from Italy it was a welcome treat), the service was first rate and personal, and when I asked for a more quiet table than the one orginally assigned...no problem...we were moved to a great romantic table that was a perfect place to spend our last night of vacation. The lobster and spaghetti is a must order, along with calamari appetizer and arugula salad. Once the sun goes down, the lights go on in the olive trees, providing a intimate, enjoyable, dining experience.3/15/2013 12:00:00 AMOasis HideawayIt was very hard to find.
However, when I made it there, it was exactly what I needed.
I will go back.3/15/2013 12:00:00 AMAlways keeping the same highAlways keeping the same high standard..a place to be visited again and again..3/8/2013 12:00:00 AMThe service by Hong was impeccable. The service by Hong was impeccable.
