   The server, Nick, was very accommodating. We were sitting outside, but as the weather started to get chilly, we decided to move indoors, and he was incredibly helpful throughout the transition.

   Food was pretty okay, pernil was AMAZING! The worst part is the attitude of the staff. Immediately upon my family entering, we give the name our reservation is under and we are told to wait. A man who looked to be a manager or someone in charge of seating who was short and wearing glasses told us we were on a waitlist and we told him we had made a reservation an entire MONTH in advance. We pull up the opentable reservation, he barely looks at it and says “That doesn’t show me anything.” Terrible start to the service.

   I made reservations for 3:30pm for Mother's day Brunch and arrived on time.... Here is where they started off wrong. With a reservation and clearly stated policy of a 10/15 min grace period they informed us that it would a 30 min wait even with our reservarion. Fine .. we went to the back to take pictures. We made sure to inform the 2 ladies in the front that we would be doing so just in case we were called. Returned to the front at 4:00pm and checked in with the front desk to see if our tables was ready. It was a like I was like a deer stuck in headlights. Questions asked to me by girls in the front : "Do you have a table already?" "Were are you sitting?". So I am like I was just here you stated to wait 30min, the bar area is clear which was recently filled. I had a 3:30pm reservation and I am waiting patiently and you have no clue who I am. I spoke to you 3x in the past 30min. Sorry Mam your table will be ready in 10 min. 40 min AFTER our reservation time. They continue to seat those around us and do not even bother to address us. Then they state they are going to seat ANOTHER party of 4 before us. This is when I went off. There should be no conceptual reason as to why I had a reservation 50 min ago and we are still not seated or being address professionally. Horrible customer service. By the way, brunch is not bottomless. Or they didn't honor the bottomless because by the time we got seated and welcomed by a waiter was 5:00pm Brunch is supposedly over by 4:00pm. My reservation 3:30pm.. Fine, we ordered a pitcher to make light of the BS and still try to have a good time. By 6:30pm, we were kicked off the table and told that we can finish our drinks at the bar. This was not my first time at this establishment but would be my last. Can not recommend to any one as this was a fully reserved day and a National Holiday, which they were severely unprepared for. The food 10/10 that is what saved the stars on this review.

   The Dj play the music too loud, it’s hard to have conversations. Overall, we had a great experience. The food was amazing, the service was amazing

   The classic mojito is legit, perfect. The pernil is spot on with seasoning and the portions are huge. The music is extremely loud but overall we enjoyed our dinner.

   Had an amazing experience celebrating my mother’s birthday. The staff was very accommodating, and the food was delicious. We will be back.
