"I've been to Society Lounge several times, and always had a great time. I wanted a table big enough for my boyfriend and I on Friday March 30 and requested to not be seated in the patio area. I received a call from Society the day before about seating arrangements, and the guy was kind enough to let my boyfriend and I have an entire booth to ourselves in the upstairs lounge. We end up having a great time! The servers were very attentive, but knew enough to not interrupt our conversation. The food was delicious and of perfect portion, but best of all was the drinks! I'm absolutely in love with Candy Collins! The lounge music was upbeat, but not overly loud. The ambience has a very urban and sophisticated feel. I really like the chandeliers!"

"One dinner inedible, rest okay. Drinks piled with candyfloss were fun the first time but a bit much round two (maybe a smaller mountain would have given the fun vibe without a sugar overdose?). Out of the first few things I tried to order and only carb heavy options left. Sorry, this is too negative. Positives include very sweet server (matched the candy floss) and spectacular chandelier. Good comfort food menu - probably would appeal to students but definitely not up to fine dining experience at Coast the night before (which was a fantastic meal)."

"Society is only open for lunch once per week, so their lunch service is not polished. The ambiance on the patio during the day is drab. This probably all comes together better at night. They do seem to have some pretty fun and nostalgic menu items and drinks though: like a cocktail with cotton candy on top."

"As part of the Glowbal Passport promotion we went to Society right after work on a Friday (530 pm). This was one of the best service experiences we've ever had. Our waitress Katrina was outstanding and the manager was friendly as well! We were given complimentary Mac and Cheese balls - a house specialty appy - that were delicious. Their alcohol-infused milk shakes were addictive and their drink list is varied. My wife had the house burger and I had the italien pizza (both were fine). Dessert pushed the food over the top though - we had a sample platter of cotton candy, macaroons, cookies donut holes, carmal corn, ice cream sandwiches - it was a sugar delight! Society seems like a great place for a girls night or drinks and dinner."

"Went for lunch. It was as though restaurant was not expecting anyone To show up. The manager was subbing as the host and the bartender filled in as the server. The food was brought out and three out of six orders had something missing. The wait for a dessert menu and then dessert and then the bill was amazingly long. Would not recommend."

"The group was very disappointed to be charged 18% gratuity when we only had 7 people eating, and not everyone was impressed with their dinner. For a birthday experience, nothing stood out as memorable and I probably wouldn't return."

"Was there for boyfriend's birthday dinner. Overpriced for the quality. Had a much better and cheaper lunch at Moxie's the day after. Staff was good and helpful next day when I needed to track down my outrageous itemized bill."
