A word from Smokey Bones - Kissimmee
At Smokey Bones, we specialize in three things: good food, good drinks and good times.

We are a bar and fire grill, but not necessarily in that order. We are grill masters who respect the power of the open flame.

We like simple, yet flavorful recipes and believe marinating is not to be taken lightly. We know medium-rare isn"t the only way to cook a steak, but believe it should be.

We believe pork should be slow smoked and pulled often. Slow, as in 11 hours over hickory logs every night, and often, as in every day at every restaurant.

We know it's our bartenders that make our drinks great, not the liquor. Although the liquor doesn't hurt.

We think beer should be ice cold and consumed regularly. We know our servers bring much more than food to the table.

We are big fans of sports, loud music and surprises. And we believe in laughing often, especially at ourselves.

  • Not the same Smokey Bones

Not the same Smokey Bones we went to 3-4 years ago. The sauces tasted like vinegar and the cornbread was rather dry as well as the baked beans. This place was awesome the last time we went and the crowd was wrapped around the building with people trying to get in. We made a reservation thinking it would be hard to get it - boy were we surprised to see the place half empty - should have been our first clue things were just not quite the same. Don't think we'll be going back I'm sorry to say.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The food arrived quickly and my baby back ribs were tender and falling off the bone. The price for all four of us was not too bad either at $81.

Excellent burgers, ribs and more! Burgers have that touch of smokiness to them and the ribs with a variety of sauces to enjoy are outstanding.

This restaurant was average at best. My party of 11 showed up just 5 minutes late and the from desk guy made us wait 15 minutes more for our table. He offered us a high sitting table because it would be available sooner, only find out that our original table was still ready for us and we were sat at our original table. That was quite irritating. The wait was unnecessary. The food is way average and a bit salty. The cornbread at this facility was a bit doughy. Josh our waiter tried his best to make things comfortable. They are really slow for large groups, so beware.

Booking thru Open Table was great! When we arrived there was a long wait ahead of us but when I gave me name and said Open table reservation we were seated immediately! Very cool. Price very reasonable for the touristy area and food tasted really good.

We needed a table for 8 and I just didn't think to make reservations. I did so thru OpenTable, got the reservation, had to change it to 15 minutes later, arrived 5 minutes late - BUT Smokey Bones had everything ready for us. Wonderful service.

We were vacationing in the Orlando area and were thrilled to see a Smokey Bones restaurant as we had good experiences with other locations in the past. The ribs were perfectly cooked, a bit chewy on the outside yet fall off the bone tender. We reserved on Open Table an hour before we arrived and our table for 6 was ready immediately, while the waiting area was crowded. Overall a great experience.
