Very flavorful and juicy and cooked to perfection. The acorn squash was an amazing side and my wife loved the angry shrimp. The views of Fisher Island and outgoing ships are spectacular and you certainly pay for it. Too bad I can only do this on a few special occasions, because the service was superb. I was a little reluctant to try the place based upon a few Yelp reviews that were not real favorable, but I'm glad I did. Upon arrival we got a table but non of my other request was done . The guy who was on the back entrance didnt even look at any computer so am sure that he didnt see my reservation. We were given a great outdoor table on the water where we could watch the sunset. The service was amazing as was the food, the mac and cheese is to die for. Also, it was my fiance's birthday, so I called ahead to make inform them of this special occasion. He was greeted with a birthday card and give a birthday dessert. We had a great time! The views from this restaurant are fantastic. We mentioned to our waiter it was our anniversary, and they brought out a nice dessert with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate syrup which was a nice surprise. I made reservations and indicated it was a special occasion. They had an anniversary card on the table for my parents which was a very nice touch. The service was amazing, Virgil our waiter engaged my parents and was energetic and attentive the entire time. This is not our first time at Smith and Wollensky Miami but we were impressed with the food, service and friendliness of the staff.
