Diner Reviews
  • "We had the pepperoni pizza, chicken wings and lasagne. All were tasty. Service was great. Multiple conventions/conferences were nearby so there would have been a wait for dinner but I booked a table for three via Open Table and we were able to get right in."

  • "Pizza was just ok. Went for dinner bc we had a show right afterwards. Would have been a better lunch place while shopping in the mall."

  • "Wonderful food and great service; really good Italian food and if you're a Vegan, you will love the offerings. I had the Vegan Meatball sub and it was better than food I've eaten in Vegan/vegetarian Restaraunts! The flavored tea is Great as are the desserts! When I come back to LV; I plan on eating here again- in my comment card my one suggestion was for them to Expand operations and open more Places lol"

  • "I dined here with 2 other friends on 7/21. Our waters were filled up religiously and our food was delivered to us within 20 minutes of sitting down. We ordered the Caprese salad and a large BBQ chicken pizza. I'm not normally into salad but this one was pretty good. There was plenty of dressing and one order was enough to feed 3 people in preparation for main course. The pizza had thin crust, bbq sauce, onions, and a lot of chicken. The three of us were able to finish it. After our $25 restaurant.com coupon the bill came out to about $10. Overall, we'll be back."

  • "Worst service Ive had in a very long time. Server..,actually i couldnt even call him that...guy who took my order then brought me a bill when i was done. My 'guy' looked like he could care less about anyone in the restaurant. Food was not bad as far as gluten free pizzas go. Maybe if i got a smile, maybe an offer of a drink refill or actually had clean cutlery when unrolled my napkin...perhaps i would have left a tip totalling more than "ZERO""

  • "Pleasantly surprised at my first visit considering my age (53). Very friendly and professional service, short wait time, good food. Nice decore and I really appreciated the vegan menu in addition to regular."

  • "I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a friend visiting Las Vegas. Great place to stop for pizza. The atmosphere was lively and fun, and a good overall quality of service. "

  • "Moments after we were seated by the Receptionist, I received an Email from Open Table that my reservation was canceled by the restaurant. I immediately brought this to the Receptionist's attention who explained to me that because we decided to choose a different table from where she initially chose to seat us that our reservation was canceled. Is this a fact, Open Table??? She said she would go back and reactivate the reservation but which did not happen because my dining points did not go through. I asked for the Manager who helped and made sure my reservation and points were credited to my account. BTW, the food was just okay and doubt we'd be back!"

  • "Very good selection of 'make your own' pizza. Thin crust excellent. You can have a conversation easily. The staff was very courteous and polite."

  • "Once again very happy with their vegan menu, delicious food! Waitress wasn't that nice though compared to the last amazing waitress we had there (I think her name was Bianca? She was the best!). Will be back!"

  • "We tried it for the first time for a sit-down meal. (Had tried the by-the-slice takeout before). Service was great(Thanks Michelle). Pizza was outstanding and the garlic bread is phenomenal. Definitely a keeper, we will be back."

  • "This restaurant has a large variety of pizza and other items at very reasonable prices. The food was very good as was the service. No complaints can be thought of."

  • "Good service, bottomless American style iced tea. Pizza crust was very thin and well cooked. Toppings were a bit skimpy."

  • "Loved it! Amazing service from Bianca and large vegan menu. All of the food was great! Would highly recommend, especially to vegans."

  • "I was lured to this place by other reviewers and have to say it fell short of my expectations. Don't get me wrong. All was fine, but the fact is this is in a mall-style food court, and just barely qualifies as a restaurant. That said, the Caesar salad was very good. The grilled veggie sandwich was an uninspired disappointment."

  • "Ok food....the pizza was good - nice crust, tasty sauce - but everything seemed to be very salty. I ordered a pizza without onions and when t came with onions, it took the waitress a good 10 minutes to even recognize the issue. Her solution was "you're okay to just pick them off?" I would get the takeout pizza by the slice but make sure you have a big drink to wash it down."

  • "We are locals, but have been wanting to try Slice as we heard about their vegan & gluten free offerings. We made reservations & though the hotel/shops were crowded and people were waiting outside to dine, we were seated immediately. Nice menu- from the vegan menu we had a veggie pizza and the veggie sandwich with fries. Also had the lasagna and deli sandwich, which were good (but nothing exceptional). Nice place to try, prices were what you'd expect for a strip hotel. Definitely nice to go out to eat and have a large selection of vegetarian/ vegan choices."

  • "Overall the pizza was good. We got the cauliflower appetizer and it was ok. My kids' meals were pretty good. My server was great- attentive and polite, but it wasn't that busy and seemed to take a very long time to get the pizzas. It's in a good location and I did like the ambiance."

  • "I went to Slice of Vegas with my boyfriend after hearing about it from the VedgeApp on Facebook. The food was great, we had bread with roasted garlic and pesto sauce for an appetizer, I had the vegan meatball sub, my boyfriend had a non-vegan pepperoni pizza and we shared the Tiramisu. It's definitely well suited for couples or groups who are eatting with vegans/vegetarians. Most of the time I drag him to a vegan friendly restaraunt he has a hard time finding food he likes, but what's nice about Slice of Vegas is that it's essentially a normal italian food place with a vegan menu, so everyone can be happy. For cider-drinkers, the bar selection is also excellent (on tap and bottled)."

  • "The food is very average and disapointing. It cost 5 of us (3 adults and 2 children) $110.00. That is with the adults drinking water and the kids having a soda. The kids only had plain pasta with butter, my husband ordered two appetizers, our daughter had a salad and I had pasta with marinara. Your better off hitting a Pizza Hut or something along that line."

  • "Unlike many other restaurants in vegas, this is not a glitzy restaurant. It is in the Mandelay Bay Mall and looks just like a typical mall restaruant. Also unlike many other restaurants in vegas this place is not expensive, makes good food and gives you good value for the price. If you go, have the Romelia's salad- it is outstanding and very different. We also had the "Not Your Mama's Garlic Bread" served with slow roasted garlic which was great as were the couple of italian beers on tap. Enjoy!"

  • "The pizza looked delicious. I opted for a salad and the salmon. The salmon was cooked to perfection. The waitstaff was very friendly!"

  • "Everything about this place was fair or average. Think C+ as a grade. Food was not flavorful or memorable. Server was friendly but we had to keep asking for drink refills. As far as sports bar atmosphere there are so many in Vegas that top this one. Not a fan. Won't be back. So many other places in Vegas that try harder and have better food, better servers and more fun to dine at."

  • "Outstanding meal for both my wife and I. She had shrimp and proscutto pizza with garlic bread on the side. I had the Italian sub sandwich and a garden salad. It was our server's Pete's first day, but if he didn't tell us that, we wouldn't have been able to tell. Service was prompt and energetic."

  • "Pros: Michelle our server was great; the food runner was personable and amusing. A decent chianti and a good price. The vegan pizza was tasty and the vegan chocolate cake was over-the-top delicious! Cons: None We'll certainly be returning."

  • "The food was very good. Could not enjoy the meal because it was so cold in the restaurant I had to use their napkins for my arms. Was told they could not adjust the air because the hotel controls it. Would not go back without a sweater"

  • "A bit on the expensive side (30 bucks for a Pizza) that being said; the pizza was Excellent, the service was friendly, attentive and exactly what I would have hoped for. The Not-your-Mama's Garlic Pesto Bread was sooooooooo yummy!"
