We have the same waitress every time and she is absolutely wonderful. We sit against the glass to enjoy the racing. We usually order off the menu, but opted for the buffet. It was okay. Most of the selections were good, but the lasagna was mushy. The service was great, the table was nice but you all ran out of programs so we didn't play the horses until our hostess found us 1 program for the 3 of us to share.
Due to the high volume of people for the Mother's Day event, My mom and I did not get to the main food area due to the extremely long line so we ate at the salad and pasta bar and enjoyed the dessert bar.
We plan on coming back next year for Mother;s Day but will come earlier.
We also plan on coming again on a off day and not a holiday or busy day for the Skyline Terrace.

Salad bar was really nice as well as the crepe bar.
The other foods on the hot buffet were o.k. but not outstanding. Be sure if you have a handicapped person to state that in the
reservation as this restaurant is on tiered levels. We had an elderly person in our group and we were seated at the next to the
top level. The customer service was excellent! The waiter noticed right away that the cook prepared the wrong crab cake dish and offered us the wrong one and corrected it by sending us the correct dish for no additional charge of course. It was a very relaxing, exciting and pleasant experience. The waiter, Rob, when out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our meal. My only complaint would be that coffee should be included in the price. Then again, the coffee was terrible. No one at the table enjoyed it especially when we paid $3.00 a cup. No one wanted refills. When reservations were made we were asked if it was a special occasion. We listed on the reservation and again by phone that it was a 50th wedding anniversary. I would have thought there might at least have been a rose on the table, but there was no indication it was a special occasion, and no one seemed to have known.5/3/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Night outEverything was great except are service was slow. We had a pile of 3-4 dishes on our table for about 20 minutes after we had already got another plate and that happen twice. 2 in our party was about 20 minutes late which our waitress was told and once they got there they had to wait another 30 minutes before our waitress came back to table. Which we didn't think that was very acceptable.
Other than that the food was excellent. Enjoy being able to have the table all night and enjoy the races or try our luck in the slots and come back.. Loved that there was 2 locations to place your bets that were close to our table. Esp. liked that there was plenty of room between tables & chairs to move around.

They have a nice buffet and the food on their menu is just as good. Our servers have always been extremely courteous and attentive. The noise is energetic due to the diners getting involved with cheering on their horses to the finish!
