The best restaurant on the West Side just got better with a new menu from Executive Chef, Philippe Thelier. Chef Philippe has taken American Steakhouse Classics and added a French Twist. While keeping the Prime Steaks and Prime Rib SKYE is known for, Chef Philippe has added new items such as… Medallions de Boeuf "la Verdiere" with a Cognac Strawberry Peppercorn Sauce, Chilean Sea Bass with a Mango Couli and Le Canard a l"Orange with a Grand Marnier Sauce. "The new chef has a much better menu and $6 martinis are winners.Roscoe was playing Saturdayvnight and revolving dance floor so nice.many more tables filled than last time we were there.This is a very special place for Boomers.....Hope they can hang in there.I miss the old staff and Chef Scott...but a step above my last review."

"Made 7 PM reservation, were not seated until 7:30. Receptionist told us that they had double booked that night. Were given a special valentine day menu, instead of the regular menu that we were told would be available. No steaks available in a steak house! Loud, overcrowded. No bread service for 1/2 hour. Very disappointed with a restaurant that we have visited since it opened about 5 years ago."

"The food was ok. The Caesar salad appeared to have little or no caesar dressing. The prime rib, though cooked as ordered, seemed a bit tough. Usually prime rib melts in your mouth. Even our desert was off. Would not go again to dine. The bar area looked like fun which we would do in the future."
