While visiting Stonehill College in Easton, we came across this gem of a restaurant nearby. With a beautiful, soothing waterfall as the focal point of the restaurant, we enjoyed our dinner immensely. The food was great, but the best part was dessert -- a chocolate fondue served with brownies, seven-layer bars, blondies, marshmallows, strawberries and bananas.

We sat in the lounge which is cozy. Dinner was excellent. When we mentioned that it was our daughter's birthday, the waitress brought us a delicious fondue to share for dessert (and didn't charge us for it!). So sweet!! We have gone to Sky several times for special occasions and will continue to go. Great gluten-free options. Yummy flatbread pizza. They modified the salmon entree so our daughter would like it ("plain"). Nice wines and very attentive staff!

We have been to Sky many times and will continue to go back. The menu has a lot of options, food is very good and the service is one of the best we have ever had. It was our son's 7th birthday and we asked to be sat by the waterfall in which they did. There were 5 of us total and we all enjoyed the night. I would definitely recommend going to Sky.

James was a friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive server. We were impressed with his expertise in the variety of beer types and fusion drinks. The prime rib and steak tips were excellent. The parmesan encrusted chicken would have been better if it were a chicken breast rather than a cutlet. The fondue dessert was fantastic! Overall it was a positive experience. We highly recommend.

We wanted light fare and ordered salad and appetizers. The ceasar salad was excellent with fresh lettuce and the right amount of dressing. The sirloin sliders and lobsters sliders were also excellent, could have ordered more. The tuna tartare had a little too much dressing, I like my raw tuna plain. Our waitress, Danielle was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. We will definitely return.

Have dined at Three (3) in Franklin and the food there is excellent. A little on the noisy side, but tolerable. Sky, on the other hand is laid out much better, with the Bar/lounge off to the side away from the main dining room. Parking is good, Foyer is good with very attentive staff. Very accommodating on this dining experience. The main dining room is elegant and the wait staff attentive. Food is excellent. Would dine there again and again.

went there for a birthday brunch with a friend. They had a very impressive spread including a make your own bloody mary station and a chocolate fountain. I got a eggs made to order (a smoked salmon benedict) which was perfect. In the breakfast buffet line, the bacon was perfectly crispy and there was a delicious bread pudding. The pre-made eggs and home fries were less tasty. I would stick with with the made-to-order station for eggs. Did not even make it to the lunch buffet line, I was too stuffed and wanted chocolate covered strawberries!

We went Sunday for their kids eat free special. Service was painfully slow and not even slightly attentive. We haven't had that experience before but I wouldn't rush back. In fact the service cost them a gift card we had planned to buy while there. Food is solid. So if you have time to kill you probably won't be as disappointed as we were.

We went for dinner the evening of a snow storm and were able to be seated earlier than our reservation to avoid the worst of the storm. The bread was excellent, the swordfish very good and the macaroni and cheese delicious. My husband enjoyed the sirloin steak, although it could have used a little more seasoning. Our vegetables were a bit al dente. The only real complaint we had was that the lighting was so dim that we could hardly read the menus. Overall, it was a nice meal and we will be returning soon.

My husband and I dined here on Valentine's day and it was perfect. Our waiter Matthew was fabulous! He made very helpful suggestions for each course which were spot on. He was funny and charming which enhanced the whole experience. The food was amazing. I could not have asked for a better meal. The only negative thing I could think of was that I ordered off of the special Valentine's menu and might not be able to enjoy these delicacies again! We hadn't dined here in a few months and now wonder why we took so long to come back.

My husband and I went to Sky for dinner on Valentine's Day. We had a wonderful time. The food was fantastic. We both had the lobster bisque for our appetizer; so delicious! I had the grilled swordfish for my entrée (so good!!); my husband had the steak tips. I got the apple strudel for dessert; it was just OK. I ordered a cup of coffee with my dessert which was not hot when it arrived. That's my only complaint of the evening. Everything else was great. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The noise level was fine; we like a restaurant where we don't have to shout at each other to be heard.

While it was good, something was missing. We thought they had valet parking, and they did not. If there was a coat room, no one said anything, and we rushed in with coats on. Waiter was very courteous. Cocktails very good and food also very good. Great garden salad! As stated, we havent' been in a few years and thought we had to dress up a bit-nothing special... However, we were surprised at the number of diners in jeans and sweatshirts. Waiters in jeans as well. Felt like we were in the Outback Steak House. No specials offered, ok... No offer of fresh pepper on salad or other nice touches usually found in a "special" restaurant. Prices were up there -we knew that and don't mind but it just didn't come off that way -

After hearing great things about the Sky brunch, I have to say we were disappointed. Breakfast meats were seriously overcooked, hard and dry, pork sausages were actually burned. Although you could order an omelet or eggs benedict (very good), they didn't have anything as simple as scrambled eggs. They tried hard to have "different" kinds of foods, some good, some not so good. There was fruit to go with the chocolate fountain, but if you wanted a bowl of fruit there were no spoons to grab it with. There were also insufficient baked goods. There were bagels and pieces of muffins. Three cheese mac was good. Bloody Mary was spectacular. My advice, master the basics and then add in the specialty items. We didn't try the lunch items.

Food was average...had the braised short rib which I have heard great things about but mine was tough and was difficult to cut most of it with a knife...not what I expected for a slow cooked meat like short ribs. However, the thing that will bring me back to Sky was the server, Kelly, I believe. She was very pleasant, energetic, informative just a complete pleasure ...you are lucky to have her ...I would try Sky again just to hopefully have the same great service from Kelly.

This place has so much potential! It is a beautiful room, with a wonderful waterfall at one end, reflected in the large mirror at the far end of the room. Our server was very nice, but the service was sloooooow. Long waits between courses. We were a party of five and two of our entrees were not at all warm when they arrived -- clearly had been sitting around waiting to be delivered. The risotto was delicious and perfectly cooked. Scallops were sandy (no excuse for that). Shrimp had been cooked too long. With a little extra work in the kitchen and more wait staff this could be a really wonderful place.

We went back to Sky after several years away. We probably won't go back. It took nearly ten minutes for the waitress to bring water and take our drink order. My wife's salad was way overdressed. I had pork saltimbocca. The potatoes were very good but it ended there. The pork was chewy and greasy. My wife had short ribs. The ribs were tender but dry and the risotto was not close to cooked.

Sky is my favorite Sunday brunch spot in the Boston area. I love not having to stand and wait for the omelette, pancakes & waffles; they bring them to the table after they are made. A few of my favorites are the huevos rancheros, the spicey macaroni & cheese, and I absolutely love the mussels & clams. The omelette is the perfect size with a wide variety of ingredients to choose from. For those who like Bloody Marys, there's quite a bit on the make your own Bloody Mary station. There are so many desserts to choose from. The chocolate fountain is a great ending to a delicious brunch. My only issue: We had 3 adults and 4 kids. But they only allow 3 kids' prices per table. I've never heard of such a thing. I was not pleased with that.

We have been going to Sky for years, and have always loved their food and drinks. Perhaps there was a new chef, but two of the meals were nothing like the quality we've had before. The Parmesan Encrusted Chicken seemed like it was pounded out, coated, then deep fried. Then drizzled with sauce, which was absorbed by the fried crust. The Pork Chop Saltimbocca seemed like it was coated and deep fried as well. It was pounded very thin to the point where the fried flavor took away all the other flavors. Both these dished were extremely disappointing, since in the past, we have loved all the food.
