I would definitely return once their kitchen troubles have been sorted as I can only imagine a future experience to be improved. Beautiful space, great wine selection. I always appreciate a knowledgeable staff and they certainly provide one at Skin and Bones. Our waiter was fantastic, extremely friendly and attentive, and the sommelier recommended some of the best wines I've tried lately . It is a wine bar, so I expected great wine but the food was just as great, I would recommend the tartare. The music is quite loud so it's definitely a fun vibe but not ideal if you're looking for more of a laid back scene. I had a great time at Skin and Bones and I will certainly be back again!5/9/2013 12:00:00 AMWe often come here, and theWe often come here, and the serviced and food are very good.
