"The food at six Penn is delicious. I have been there before and always have enjoyed the whole dining experience. Our waitress was very good and a manager even came over to talk to my mother and I. We do enjoy eating upstairs more than downstairs which is where we ended up. However downstairs is also very nice."

"The location can not be beat if going to a show in the cultural district. It is literally 30 yards from Heinz Hall. But the location is not all to recommend this establishment. The food is very good, and they use local food when possible. Our only complaint is that it has been hard to get attention at the upstairs bar on weeknights prior to a Heinz Hall lecture. One time there at the bar we got completely the wrong orders, and there was not time to correct the order. The manager did give us vouchers for free appetizers on a future visit."

"This was our first trip to Six Penn and we were beyond impressed. The food was superb, and the service was outstanding. Our waitress was never far away and never let our drinks empty before asking us if we would like another. It was a little more expensive than our usual Friday night restaurants, but it was worth every penny. The atmosphere was great, and the restaurant is very stylish without feeling 'uppity'. The rooftop bar offers a nice view of the city and has cozy seating. We would have come back just for the amazing flavors in every course of our meal, but this place has so much more to offer. We will definitely be back, and we will bring some friends to share the wonderful experience."

"went there for Easter brunch with my two daughters... had a reservation and were even seated a little early. food was great and fun. only thing i didn't love was the sticky buns... nothing special. the sausage grits were amazing... got them as an appetizer and we all shared them. a fav. the artichoke omelet was great...salmon crepe and coffee crusted stead were really delicious also. we loved everything. service was quick and polite."
