Different servers and waiters appeared, almost at random, with no consistency. While I ordered an appetizer, first course and second course, my wife ordered only a main course. Instead of serving them in this manner, they brought my appetizer and first course at the same time, and giving the appetizer to my wife. The waiter who took the order would not respond to my signal, but the waitress from the adjacent section came over to see if I needed assistance. It had great reviews and was convenient to our hotel, Vdara. We were seated within minutes of arriving, and greeted by Brian, our waiter, iPad in hand. The drink and dessert menus were on the iPad. We scrolled through photos of cocktails and ordered the Vincenzo and a glass of chianti and wondered, (but never asked,) how my grandmother, who has never touched an ipad, would order a drink. We started with delicious crab cakes served with lemon aioli. We had the good luck of going during black truffle season, and I had pasta with shaved truffles --divine.
