Charming, old-school Italian fare at a fairly steep price. My antipasto (all meat) was just so-so, but the pesto pasta was first-rate and the wine was exceptional. The restaurant is set way back in the Aria, on the way to the Conference Center, so it's very quiet. The music was all-Sinatra, all the time. All in all a nice meal.

It always nice to find a good restaurant in the casino so you don't have to leave if you are hungry. Sirio fits the bill. The food was good, nothing to die for, but certainly top quality. The menu has variety but limited selections. I had the octopus appy, caprese salad, Veal Milanese main course, and tiramisu for dessert. We had a party of 5 and covered most of the menu. Again, no complaints, but no great accolades either. Expect to drop at least $100/person if you want a cocktail and dessert. That's pretty much casino standard for dinner at the nicer restaurants.

I have been here twice, the food its just OK, there are a lot of alternatives that you can try before, was the only restaurant available at the time of seeking for a restaurant for 8 people at the Aria at that time. The service not so good.

We made reservations for 5pm in order to see Zarkana at 7pm. It is PERFECT if you're seeing the show, and it gave us just the right amount of time to eat and walk over to the show without stress. Food was VERY good, maybe not the best Italian food I have ever had, but very good. Raviolis small portion, and bread was not as good as I've had, but still good. Surprised us with a DELICIOUS cheesecake dessert for our anniversary. Appreciated that!

The music was so loud that none of us could hear the others speak. When we asked our waiter if the music could be lowered, we were told it was programmed and couldn't be lowered. The noise caused us to rush through what could have been a lovely dining experience.

We had an excellent meal here prior to the zarkana show. The Caesar salad was excellent, if a little pricy at $16. The pasta is all made in house and you can tell. Service was top notch. My husband had the sea bass and it was perfect. The only mistep of the night was the expresso. It tasted like the restaurant had microwaved it. At $8 per coffee that was unacceptable. It had a very burnt taste. The rest of the meal was exceptional though, so the coffee can be overlooked.

My main gripe has to do with indifferent attitude of staff members that I came in contact with. Examples; The martini from the bar was excellent but the bartender demonstrated no friendliness or personality. Our waiter seemed unenthused as we ask questions with regards to appetizers. My guest questioned clumps of something in his glass of wine. The waiter made some casual comment but made no attempt to offer a replacement. The portions are large and the overall flavor and presentation of the food was good. The restaurant was not busy and I don't wonder why.

Short Version: Excellent food and service - better than expected. Longer Version: We made a last minute reservation for an impromptu birthday celebration with a friend and it was our first time at Sirio's. My companion's sea bass was excellent as was my swordfish. Had a side of pasta that was very tasty. Service was outstanding - attentive, friendly, but not overbearing. Yes we would go back - nice Italian place in Aria.

My husband and I were in Vegas last week and had dinner At Sirio at Ario Hotel. It was restaurant week in Las Vegas and they had a 3 course dinner for $44 which we both ordered. The Caesar salad did not have enough flavor and no anchovies were offered, the main course was a pasta with seafood, crab and lobster bits, not enough seafood in the pasta, the dessert and bread were the highlights. The dessert had 3 small items, cannoli's, bobolinos, and ice cream, just delicious. For interest behind a glass wall one could watch as the appetizers were prepared and the bread was brought fresh out of the oven and then sliced.

I recently entertained a customer from Chile, who was in Vegas with his wife and two teenaged children. We had dinner at Sirio-Aria and sat in the bar area (a bit better lit which I felt was more casual than the darker dining room). While my Spanish is okay, I struggle sometimes - imagine my delight that BOTH of our waiters heard us speaking Spanish and addressed my customer and his family only in Spanish. It certainly made it much more comfortable for them, and the waiters spoke with me in English - the perfect combination! On top of it, the food was delicious. If anything, it was served a bit quickly but we didn't specify, so if you are looking for a quick dinner as well, this is the place.

We had 6 different people come to our table for different functions and when it was time to get fresh ground pepper on our dinner no one was around. I don't like that concept, one competent waiter would be better. The food was under seasoned which is not cool for a Michelin restaurant.

This was our third visit to Sirio, first one was awesome so that's why we went back. Second visit just like the third and last visit. Poor service, waiter did not give us the specials that we partially overheard from another waiter at a different table, never received bread until we asked for it when we received our salads-then the waiter seemed put out. Finished dishes remained at our table for long periods. At one point, our waiter disappeared for a long while. Not any of our dishes stood out or were worth mentioning. Too many other choices in Vegas to settle for a restaurant that doesn't care about service or properly training the waiters working for them. Won't be back.

The food was quite good, elegant surroundings and comfortable furniture with competent service should have guaranteed a great dining experience. Unfortunately the loud music piped into the dining room and noise from the bar area made it difficult to appreciate the experience. What was the most disappointing aspect though was the stratospheric prices for ordinary wines.

We stayed at Aria for the first time and decided to try Sirio for italian. We go to a lot of 4 star resturants (3-4 dollar signs) in LA (home) - BOA, Fig & Olive Always accommodating. The WAITER was horrible! Didn't say hi. Just handed us the menus. We asked for milk for our toddler, he huffed, and said OK. Got us our drinks. We looked over the menu, and then asked if we could see about getting a small order for our toddler, and he huffed, and said $18 full price for her for side order of butter pasta. We said NO, and said for the check, he said he would talk to chef, and I said, no let me talk to manager. He said no, he will talk to chef. He accommodated with the pasta, but when I asked for the check, he brought a soda to charge extra.

On my last visit to Sirio, about a year ago, the food was good, but everything was over-salted for me. This time, everything was great, from pasta to entree. They had an osso bucco special, done perfectly, tender and served with risotto a la Milanese and fresh carrots. Sirio is back on my Vegas go-to list for sure.

We were excited to go to a restaurant in the hotel we were staying at. The food at best was mediocre. We even had to send back two meals that were not edible (scallops and swordfish). The veal picatta was ordered by a couple of us and it tasted fine, but for the price...not worth it. The only upside was the service.

Pros: Excellent, excellent pasta and preparation. Beautiful venue (you can sit and watch the food prep for your salads and appetizers). One of those "expensive but probably worth it" restaurants. Cons: Wine list is WAY overpriced. Only a few bottles under $100. But if you're interested in $5000 wines you won't find many other places, well, then, this is your place. Portions are very small. Excellent, but small. I don't understand this (you could double the size for maybe $2 in food cost), but don't go there if you're really hungry.
