  • "I had the mushroom ravioli special which was so delicious. It comes with 5 huge pieces of ravioli stuffed with mushroom and other yumminess that I can't quite remember the exact ingredients. My boyfriend had the spaghetti with butter and wine sauce - he wasn't feeling well to begin with but said it was still delicious. My uncle had the porkroast and enjoyed it as well. For dessert we shared the bomboli - WOW it's doughy goodness with powdered sugar and comes with 3 dipping sauces. fig caramel, hazelnut chocolate and a lemon one. Very delicious. The waiter was very helpful in helping me find a wine to pair with my dish. If we are ever in Vegas again I will definitely have to go back."

  • "Choosing a location for dinner with my CEO is never easy, particularly when it's out of town and with other CxOs. I was so happy I chose Sirio at the Aria when recently in Las Vegas. As we entered my CEO noted "nice place" which was a great start, and it got better. Service was excellent -- wonderful menu and wine list but no pretension, and the staff knew how to come forward when needed and fade into the background the rest of the time. Food and ambience was outstanding."

  • "Booked this restaurant for a business dinner. Service was slow food was excelent but i ordered the pappardelle and it was awesome but honestly why such a small plate for 20 something bucks? Its pasta!!! The steak from a friend looked very good (and big) but was more on the 35 bucks... Great place but could increase a little their portions...btw good selection of wines one 2004 nebiolo was on the 50's what i though was a good deal...thanks!"

They have a very long wine list ranging from $50 to well above $15,000, unfortunately not a lot below $100 but we managed to find an excellent one for $75."

  • "I am giving this restaurant a "1" rating for one reason: We were charged an extra $10 for an "entree sized" secondi. I understand that at many Italian restaurants, secondi / pasta servings are smaller than a typical entree. However, the waiter did not mention there would be an additional fee when I ordered the pasta as my entree. Then we received the bill, which had an additoinal $10 fee. The menu is misleading, and I believe the management should clear this up, as it's an easy fix -- just add an additional price next to the secondi item (e.g., "$21 / $31"). I never like to see surprises on my bill, and this is no exception."

Have had better experiences at the adjacent two restaurants at Aria. There are too many very good Italian dining options on the strip to justify the lack of service here. Will go elsewhere for Italian next time in town."

  • "Waiter began by giving us an ipad to order wine with no explanation on what to do. He took order and never saw them again. Ordered fettuccini and can out so salty you could not eat it. Waiter said sorry never saw him again. A 2nd waiter cleared out dishes and offered no dessert menu and disappeared. 3rd waitress brought out check. Lousy food and lousy service. Very overpriced and very disappointed."

  • "This was the first time any of us had dined at Sirio. The food was the highlight of the night! Generous portions of delicious plates impressed all parties involved. Rivalling the food was the service. I cannot say how impressed my clients and I were with the staff at Sirio - they made great suggestions for pairings and were the key to having the best meal combinations for the night. I highly recommend Sirio to nayone who will be in Las Vegas."

  • "The food was delicious. The service was out of this world. We are a little more "plain" eaters, and this was "fancy". We had an enjoyable experience for sure. Prices were not beyond outrageous. It was easy to get in. I definitely recommend this place, but for us, it was "more" than we needed or wanted at this time. The server took great care of us. The bread was absolutely out of this world!! Foodies will lose their minds here!"

  • "Sirio is a wonderful Italian restaurant in the Aria resort/casino. Food was great — the server was not Italian, sort of a fish out of water, but we warmed u to him as the night progressed. We had six at our table which was a round a could converse easily. We shared, compared and no one despaired — all was wonderful, especially the desserts. The cannoli was the best ever."

  • "While filling out my online reservation request I asked the restaurant if they were able to accommodate my son's severe food allergies. I also listed 6 or 7 menu items to assist them in answering. Not a single response received. When we showed up a few weeks later I mentioned this and was told by our waitress that they only read the comments/questions on the day of the reservation. Strike #1. Then the waitress proceeded to tell me that it didn't matter because they just hired a new chef and he changed the menu entirely. None of the 6 or 7 menu items that I previously mentioned to my now disappointed son were available on the new menu. Strike #2. Running out of room with so much more to say! $9 screw-top plastic bottle of water... STRIKE #3!"

  • "This was our second time dining at Sirio. We had brought our daughters to Vegas for New Years and since they both love Italian cuisine we knew they would enjoy it as much as we did. They not only loved the food but the atmosphere and first class service as well. I know we will go back every time we are in Vegas (two to three times per year) :)"

  • "I was quite underwhelmed by Sirio at Aria -- which surprised me, given that the restaurant appeared to be rather well frequented, and given my outstanding experiences at other Aria restaurants. The food at Sirio was nothing out of the ordinary, and certainly not up to par with many of the other restaurants in Las Vegas. My party was most disappointed, however, by the service. The server made very scant appearances at our table and not once followed up with us. He forgot one of the appetizers and left the entire party waiting. We were then left to our own devices for 45 minutes, waiting for our entrees. Silverware and food was tossed on our table as if we were eating an impromptu, uninvited meal in a back alley kitchen."

  • "We celebrated our anniversary in Las Vegas this year and had dinner at Sirio's. The wait staff was excellent and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. However, I ordered the Wood Fired Scampi on the recommendation from the waiter and was very disappointed. They came with the heads on which is not a problem but the meat was very mushy and not tasty at all. I actually had to switch plates with my husband and he was also not liking the Scampi. We told the manager about the problem and he did nothing. He didn't even offer to take the cost of the meal off our bill. I will try again, but won't order the Scampi."

  • "We chose to come here based on their website and tasting menu that was listed. When we arrived, we found out they no longer offered a tasting because they have a new chef and that night happened to be the first night of his menu. Not thrilled, we decided to stay, which we were so glad we did. The food and menu was outstanding. The pastas were amazing. Sommelier really hit the nail on the head with his recommendations, even though we were spending $$$ on wine. Servers very friendly (Jason) while the other was rather fine dining robotic, but they were spot one with silverware marking and table maintenance. My one complaint is that it was freezing where we sat. The restaurant it's self is beautiful, but being that cold was not pleasant."

  • "This restaurant was perfect in every way, great food, great service, and nice atmosphere. While we had a light early dinner before a show, I'd definitely return if I were in the area. The romaine salad which was their version of Caesar salad was wonderful with just enough fresh dressing and thin slices of Grana Padano cheese. The gnocchi in pesto cream sauce were light and tasty. We also loved the light and tasty foccacia bread!"

  • "Our group of 8 went here for dinner. I had read good reviews so booked this for our group. It wasn't that the food was bad (other than the pasta with clams that was very fishy tasting) but just not great. Especially for the price. My lasagna had sauce poured over it which was tasty, but the Lasagna itself was just piled up noodles without much in between. If the prices were cut in half it would be more in line with our experience. Also, our service regarding keeping our wine glasses full was extraordinary as was offering us the opportunity to reorder bottles; however, no one asked us how our dinner was or refill our water glasses. We had to ask when our wine glasses were being refilled."
