Sip Restaurant - IssaquahExcellent foodDid the whole nine yards, appetizers, wine, entrees and dessert. Appetizers were fresh and a nice twist to the Poke and the pork belly and scallops were delicious. Sea bass is a favorite of mine and was prepared just right and I added the garlic mashed potatoes--not a cous cous fan... Hubby had the duck ramen and slurped it up. We sat on the patio and had the sliders (very good) and crabcakes (decent) from the appetizer menu and a few cocktails. Service was really snappy and server was very courteous. It was a weeknight and we were pleasantly surprised by the live music. Everything was great except the service. Our server was mostly waiting on tables across the room, and several times we had to ask another server for something. One of our wines was corked, which was immediately replaced (and removed from the bill)--but only after flagging down someone who could help us. After we arrived home, I noticed that it had been Ladies Night, with happy hour drink prices all night. This was not mentioned to us, and we may have changed our drink order if we had known.
