    My bone-in rib eye steak was wonderful. The smashed garlic potatoes were great as well. The ice cream that I had for dessert completed an excellent dinner.

    We've been to The Smith twice and both times it was a very satisfactory dinner at reasonable New York prices. I would have no hesitation returning again.

    I was introduced to The Smith in DC and have frequented other locations across NYC. Lately, I have noticed the quality of food to decline. My last few trips the food hasn’t been the best. Food has been coming out lukewarm. My husband ordered the Benedict and the egg was basically boiled. I would love for The Smith to focus again on quality and freshness of the food.

    This is a great place to meet friends. We sat outside under the umbrellas. It wasn’t too hot and far enough away from the street that we didn’t feel we were in the traffic. Drinks are very creative a delicious. I had the breakfast sandwich which had tons of potato fries. My friend had a fresh salad with avacado and greens. Highly recommend.

    Perfect way to enjoy brunch on a summer Saturday. Extensive and varied menu with unusual but not weird takes on traditional dishes. Cocktails are refreshing and offer specialty combinations. Toquilla Sunrise is an excellent way to start the meal. Service is outstanding and eating outdoors in the city makes life calm in the middle of the bustle of Lincoln Center before a matinee.

    I ordered one of each type of oysters and a pot of mussels. Server did not volunteer information on which was what type of mussel until I asked. The mussels were a bit overdone except for a few, so there was no sweetness that would have been found with fresh, perfectly cooked mussels. Broth was on the acidic side and there was a small lump of what appeared to be dropped-in cream/thickening sauce that had not been blended with the rest of the broth.

    Another great brunch shared with friends. All meals prepared and presented with care and good service as well. Very noisy inside so outdoor dining is always preferred.

    Food and service was amazing. I ordered the Smiths eggs Benedict and it was cooked to perfection. Only negative was the noise level was a little high. But....it was Sunday brunch. The restaurant was huge and very busy. Service was quick and our waiter was awesome
