Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Nathaniel provided great service and shared specials. We enjoyed celebrating Fathers Day and our 34th wedding anniversary with the Capital Grille.

    Our waiter Daniel Shanko was a consummate professional. When one of my guests had a particular seating request, he ensured his accommodations were expeditiously met. He sets the bar sky high for hospitality service. Our steaks were perfectly grilled and our cocktails were made to perfection (hats off to the bar staff). The lobster mac and cheese was scrumptious as always. And the dessert plate was a delicious and decadent end to a great dinner. My guests said this was the best Capital Grille location they have been to and left very satisfied. We will return soon. Thank you Daniel and staff for a great evening.
